What is with this location !! As a loyal customer I won’t bash but I will say this staff needs better customer service skills I walked in everyone seemed like they hated working here which is confusing because every other location I’ve been in I was greeted properly. I understand it’s busy but smile at least don’t just stare & wait 4 me 2 point at which rice I prefer Do better please !

I hate this place so much. It seems as if it is the first day on the job for everyone working here. They’re all slow and don’t seem to give a damn whether or not you get the correct food, or eat at all. You’d think for a chain restaurant, the food would obviously taste the same as everywhere else, but somehow, at this particular chipotle, it’s completely bland. I also saw a roach on the counter. Get. Your shit. Together.

Thirty minutes before they close I didnt want to miss my craving. Oh my goodness! There is no corn, beans, and very little poultry to serve. I tuned in to my managerial instincts and asked Mr. Gabriel where are the condiments? Of course he says: she’s coming. Well damn if he’s the manager get ur tail in there and see what the hold up is. After my big fuss, I was compromised with a free burrito bowl for the future. It should have never come to this. BUT… That’s the service we get in urban areas. #Noexcuse nobody’s perfect it was the end of the day for them.

I actually come to this Chipotle a lot because it’s located by my house but I must agree with the other reviews. The line moves way slower that others but this is because the way the cash register is situated and you often get backed up with someone paying. However when they are backed up they will yell over 8 people to ask you want you want which is crazy and not a great customer experience for anyone. I started trying to order online to combat the line but my food was never ready when I got there. The other day I could have go through the line twice and ordered and been finished by the time I got my food. After having to ask for the 5th time about it. There is some obvious miss management here, over all the employees are nice but just not focused. I think the food taste the same as other Chipotles.

I love chipotle so much that I visit on weekly basis. But the service at this location is so bad that it force me right this review. Cashier told me that they don’t have cup for water & I can’t use soda cup for water. I think it is illegal not to serve water but most of all, it is the attitude and lack of respect that made me leave the place. I will never come back because I have an alternative. Qdoba & Baja Fresh!

When you go to Chipotle, you kind of know what you’re getting. This location is the worst one I’ve been to in the DMV, although I can’t say it was the worst fast dining experience ever. I came at 3pm on a Saturday, so there was a line, of course. But even at peak times, other locations are MUCH faster than this one. The people preparing the meals move at somewhat of a snail’s pace, and while my order was right, one worker proceeded to mess up the order of the lady behind me – twice. The cashier seemed at best and wasn’t one for making eye contact. My meal was OK, but my bowl was a little on the cold side and the beans had probably been sitting there for a while. As far as the place itself, yes, it’s super small, but that’s fine. What’s not fine is that every unoccupied table was dirty and proceeded to stay dirty until 20 minutes later when the security guard wiped them down. Why yes, the security guard cleans the tables instead of the workers. Uhh what? At least SOMEONE eventually cleaned them. The floor, on the other hand, was actually pretty gross – onions and rice all below my table. In short, there are plenty of options on Barracks Row. Choose a different one.

Very bland. No flavor at all. My whole bowl taste different than some other locations. Won’t be coming back.

I made the poor assumption that since this is Chipotle it should automatically be good… I was very wrong. Everything on my veggie bowl was bland. It seems as if the didn’t use seasonings on anything! The cilantro lime rice tasted like plane old rice. Even the guacamole lacked luster and that’s a first for me. I wasted my money… won’t be going back here again.

This is an awful location to order online from. Not only was my food wrong, the quality was horrible and watery. Staff is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They rush to the point that orders are all wrong.

When this location originally opened the staff and service was amazing. In the last few weeks I’ve been to this Chipotle the staff has been everything but professional. While carrying on unnecessary conversations at check out, to the non communication you get from those behind the glass preparing your meal. Then when it’s completed I’ve had the cashier just push the bowl across the counter at me as if I’m bothering them by coming in. I hope this doesn’t continue I live and work in this area and would like to be able to eat too.

Came here for lunch on a weekday. There is no dedicated parking, so one must Park on the street and pay. We stood in line for about 25 mins before we were able to order. Understand that lunch volume is high, but that’s an unacceptable amount of time to have to wait. Everyone working was very young. We were rushed through with very little attention paid to our order. Items were slipped here and there and no attention was paid to extra or just a little. The cashier was friendly and packed our order up. There were plenty of open tables but they were all dirty.

Pros: Quick. Filling. Easy. Fresh. Tastes Good. Simple. Variety. Good vegetarian options. Cons: Lines can get long & slow at peak eating times. Had a piece of meat mixed in my sofritas once. Staff is friendly and they work hard to keep the place clean. Tip: Try the Sofritas!!! Great choice, even if you’re a carnivore.

So let’s discuss this sorry excuse they call Chipotle. When you go to Chipotle you already have an expectation to stand in a line. However, most move like a well oiled machine. This location was everything but that. In a line of about 10 people, it took almost 15mins to get to the front. What was mind blowing was that there were so many people working that were doing ABSOLUTELYNOTHING. Then those that were working were careless. I witnessed an employee knock customers burrito bowl into the salsa. She proceeded to laugh about it and walk away. She left woman standing there until another employee came to apologize and make her a new one. Then when it was time to pay, I had to ask the cashier 4 times for salad dressing. She obviously didn’t hear me the first 3 times because she was too busy laughing about the salsa incident. Then drink station was completely trashed. It was dirty, there were no hot sauces(mainly because I saw people walking out of the store with them in their pockets) and the lemons looked like they had been cut the previous week. It was awful. The manager/owner needs to do a site visit and fire everyone.

I’m disappointed with my visit to this location and wonder if cooperate knows what’s going on here. The Quality Control isn’t in place and I will not return again to this location. i gave it two stars on the Brand and not the location! Training & Education is needed in customer service along with Branding know how!

I’m considering myself super lucky that I haven’t encountered what the other readers are! Wow, I’m so shocked, but man, I hope I keep having good experiences here. I really don’t have much to say, other than that I like how it’s close to the metro, which means it’s pretty close to my house. I like to swing by here after work on my way home to grab a quick dinner. A burrito bowl makes for two meals for me, which is a steal!

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s always been bad but over the last month it’s really taken a dive. I thought the franchise quality control was supposed to keep a branch from slipping this far.

WTF are these kids doing in here? I mean, really?! Are they competing to see who’s the first to get fired? Are they using reverse psychology on the customers to get us to never come back? Are they coming a new season of Punk’d? What the hell is going on?! I don’t think a slower, lazier, ratchet-er Chipotle exists in America. There were FOUR people ahead of me last time I was here, and it still took 20 minutes for me to order and pay… and that’s with SIX people working behind the counter. Now, the kids working here are loud, lazy and ratchet as hell, but I will admit that they’re pretty nice. I’ve never received attitude from them. The inside is always dirty, there’s always more kids loitering, the hot sauces are always missing and you have to use a «secret code» to get into the bathroom. Oh yeah, and there is always a security guard inside watching people like a hawk. Sometimes the rice is hard and sometimes the meat is undercooked. This Chipotle makes you want to walk out in front of a bus.

Five years ago I would have never imagined Chipotle would open a store that was so bad that I’d purposefully avoid it. This place is seriously the worst, and the suckiness has been pretty well documented by other Unilocalers, so I don’t need to pile on. I agree with most of the complaints and the documented problems are pretty accurate from my experience. Now that District Taco is open on the Hill, there’s no reason to come here for your taco and burrito needs.
