Good selection but terrible customer service. Been waiting in line for 15 minutes. Both cashiers are stuck with complicated or confusing transactions (or else they’re just incompetent), and no effort is being made to help the 10 people waiting in line. No calls for backup, no apologies for the long wait.

The shoes I brought to walk DC weren’t cutting it, so we made a detour to get a new pair of sneakers. The staff was very helpful and attentive. There were plenty of shoes to choose from. It was a bigger DSW than what I’ve been in before. I also liked the music they were playing. Got my new pair of treads and my feet thank them.

The Labor Day sale was amazing! My friend and I spent probably more time then we should trying on shoes. But at 70% off, we couldn’t help ourselves. But I was especially impressed by the service. The employees were so helpful

Although this dsw can be tricky to find the first time, it’s well worth seeking out. Great clearance section, excellent accessories and huge shoe selection. The staff is really great. They are helpful without being pushy and are super friendly.

This place is pet friendly. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN A PET FRIENDLY SHOE STORE! OK, I am done screaming this out loud for the world to hear. When I was strolling through and saw two people with their dogs — it was obvious they were not service dogs — I was thinking, ‘What the f???” Well there ya have it folks.
Another note — the store is spacious and DOES have a clearance section. The girl in the other review must have been on something when she wrote that review because there is a large section of clearance items.

This smaller location in Georgetown is located on the bottom floor of the Washington Sports Club. Smaller location means a smaller selection of shoes, which is a bummer. I also found out that there’s no clearance section! I won’t be returning here anytime soon.

this location had a nice assortment of shoes compared to the one in Largo. They didnt ahve all their boots out like the other spot as they were still putting them up, but i found a pair i liked.

Exactly what you would expect.
Hard to find. Downstairs. From Wisconsin side you have to walk through a parking lot.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The place is decently sized, which was surprising.
