I have ordered from this place on 2 separate occasions and have been completely u satisfied both times. Like the other reviews said, their delivery is far too long. And the driver did not get out of the car to bring my food to my door either time.
This time, my fried rice was hard and crunchy and my egg drop soup was very thick and oily with an orange color instead of the yellow that it is supposed to be. The egg roll had gotten cold, making it inedible and unappetizing.
I will not be ordering from them again and would suggest that you don’t either. I actually find it hard to believe that they are still in business.

It’s been two hours and we still haven’t received our order. The woman on the phone barely speaks English and keep saying «a few more minutes.» She also hung up on us about 12 times. Never ordering from this place again.
Update: Just got our food… the driver was very rude and one of the soup containers was shattered and leaking everywhere. Plastic in the soup and everything. Requesting a full refund.

I order delivery from here all the time from work but they messed up my order today. When I called them back to explain that my order was wrong they said to drive down there and they will switch it out. I said I can’t because I’m at work and they were pretty much like too bad. This is the last time I will get food from them. I tipped the delivery guy and I always order $ 20 – 30 for everybody at work and they are the ones that messed up the order but I have to go there. This is just bad business.

I was in the dc area, and wanted to try this
Place, huge mistake, we ordered a pizza and two sandwiches.
The driver came by and told us to
Go to his car. Wtf? We told him we couldn’t and he just drove off. Boom! Just like that. We called the driver to come back and this time I went outside,
Under his thick accent I could barley understand that he was asking for ID.
After we got the food, it was HORRIBLE
Cold, dry, ingredients tasted old
DO NOT get from this place.

Tonight, I ordered from Kitchen #1 at 10:16.
The delivery man arrived at 11:15 and refused to come to up to the apartment bc «a driver got jumped before.»
When I went to the lobby to meet the delivery man, he refused to get out of his car and then drove off when I requested that he meet me at the lobby door.
I called the restaurant to see if they could ask the driver to meet me at the door. I learned that the discontented driver was actually the owner of the restaurant, so the chances of actually getting my food were slim.
Now, it is 11:30 and all other delivery is closed. What shoddy service. No thanks, Kitchen #1. Never order from this horrible business.
