Southwest Duck Pond

I’ve lived in this area for over 3 years and the pound has always been dirty! The fountain never worked! Sometimes the lights are off for days.
I put 2 stars because thankfully the neighborhood /​neighbors are nice, there is equipment for kids to play and it’s still fun to see the duck swimming, although I’m scared to get close to the dirty green water.

Very quiet and nice, I bring my two dogs here and they love the sound of running water. Ducks are rare here but the people around it are friendly. The water in the pond is alright, has a chlorine smell which I guess is a way to combat the smell of unnatural ponds but I would not trust the water for my dogs to drink out of as it smells of chemicals. I did notice a woman swimming in it once so maybe it is alright but not really giving me a safe to be in feeling.
