Had my Goodman furnace serviced by this company. Mike the repairman was very thorough using a check list on my receipt which he checked off as he worked. He explained several aspects of the furnace which I was unaware such as how to interpret the flashing red light inside the furnace in case of failure. He also checked on my AC unit. The cost was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received for pre-winter maintenance.
