A great place for this area. I was in the area for a conference and was excited that a new place had opened. I had the falafel which was good, the beet salad, and a potato salad(which I wish they labeled as having bacon because I assumed it was vegetarian). The food was solid, staff was friendly and it was fresh. I think for the area it is probably 5 stars but for overall in the Boston area, it’s 3. If you are in the area, it is probably the best choice for reasonably priced(Strip Ts is good but so expensive) and fresh lunch.

Excellent yummy sandwhiches, fresh. Prices are fair, nine to ten dollars. She has home made potato chips! The owner sweet and friendly. The space small and a little noisey from the open refrigerators. I will go back with friends. D Patnod, Lic. Ac Cambridge

Such fresh yummy food! Friendly staff and portions were great. I got a couscous bowl and it was plenty of food and so delicious… we will be back!

Mmm, just had one of their Cuban sandwiches. A delicious, warm treat on a cold day, with a bag of their tasty, home-fried chips on the side. This is the third really good restaurant in this space over the past 8 years and I’ve been a fan of them all. I’ll be back!

The staff are wonderful, the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are justifiably high. I’ve been here at least five times now, but with the exception of the broccoli soup, which is great, I haven’t found anything that I would want to order more than once. The sandwiches, in my experience, sound great, but are quite disappointing. My pulled pork sandwich was cold, the sandwich bread is always soggy, regardless of the sandwich, and the turkey, coleslaw and provolone special today was incredibly bland and soggy. The buffalo burger was equally soggy. The potato salad is overly loaded with thyme/rosemary, making it almost inedible. I’m glad to see this place doing well, and I will be back, but there is definitely room for improvement.

AMAZING! I can’t say enough about this place. Food is delicious and staff are wonderful. I’ve been going several times a week since it’s the closest place to my office. Definitely check this place out, it could be your new favorite lunch spot!

This place is awesome! I went for the first time today and had a great experience. First off, the staff here are super friendly. You could feel their energy and passion for what they do the moment you walk in the door and man does it translate into the food! I ordered the special pulled pork tacos which were amazing. The pork was super tender(but still had the essential«bark»), the cilantro aioli was perfect, and the use of real corn tortillas pulled it all together. My fiancé got the turkey/red pepper/arugula sandwich which she loved. While we waited for our lunch, we enjoyed browsing the locally-sourced snacks, including homemade sides such as the spicy macaroni salad(had some nice heat) and their house-made potato chips. Overall, this is a great little establishment doing things the right way. Definitely worth checking out.

This is the new lunch place to go here in Watertown. At this point it is just take out, but it looks like there is room for stools at the counter near the window. I had the special sandwich of the day, a southwest chicken with corn salsa which was delicious, but what really blew me away was the soup, a fresh corn with tomato and red bell pepper soup. My husband got the Cuban sandwich and he loved it. They also have salads and stir fry bowls on the menu. FMK uses local ingredients and ecologic packaging. Soon to come, FMK made chocolates! I work close by, this is going to become my new lunch favorite. They are open till 7pm, but the kitchen closes a 5pm If you call by 5pm they will make up your order and hold it for you. I think the folks at Athena and the Arsenal on the Charles office park are gonna love this place. Sure beats Panera and I love supporting a locally owned business
