Regis Salon

They are so rude here and do not want to take on clients. I got turned down for a haircut today in an empty store! I’m pretty sure that he was hungover and had friends hanging out with him in the waiting area! The store also opened over a half hour late… do not even bother coming here. I’m not impressed and it’s clear they don’t want business.

Husband has walked in here several times, each time the salon was completely empty, and was told that they were all booked up. Stylists are usually just sitting around doing nothing and refusing to serve people. Whatever though guess they don’t wanna make money

Not a bad salon reading all the reviews. I asked for highlights and i got them w/​o any long questionings like i used to hear when i go to a salon. I even had no appointment and it was about 5.30 pm. The hairdresser was super nice and took her time with my hair. I was very happy about the outcome. The price is great too. I would recommend this salon

Not impressed. I called to make an appointment and the associate who took my call accused me of making an appointment for someone other than myself. I have a high voice, but regardless, what does it matter? What if I was making an appointment for my grandmother or a child? Bottom line, she was very rude to me. I arrived to the salon five minutes early to find all the employees styling each other’s hair. I had to wait ten minutes for the stylist to finish up cutting/​styling another employees hair. Sorry, but if I’m the one actually paying for the service… shouldn’t I get priority? My stylist was friendly but didn’t follow through on the consultation for my hair. I got a quality cut, but really was only a trimming. I’ll need another cut in about two weeks when I usually go monthly. Needless to say, that next cut will not be at Regis.

I went here to get a haircut because I really needed one.
When I walk in asking how the wait is for a haircut. The staff there looked at me and was like… ummmm…like they didn’t know but there were 5 stylists there doing nothing. The guy stylist said that his appointment is very late so he will take me. Gee thanks.
I brought the pictures of what I wanted. We decided to do a mixture of 2 haircuts but I think it was wierd that he said that he really liked one haircut picture over the other. Who cares what you like?
Anyways, he started cutting which is fine and after he was done, it seemed like an okay haircut.
The real problem came after a day or two after I really looked at the haircut. There were certain spots in my haircut where it was really really layered and other parts where it looks like he barely cut my hair. The cut was very uneven.
It was bad enough that I went to another salon today to get it fixed. The hairstylist I went to at Master Cuts looked at my haircut thought it just looked really bad. They were able to fix it but the one spot where it was layered too short, even she said I had to grow it out…
Never going to Regis salon ever again.

Ashley has cut and styled my hair for 5 years now and she is the BEST! she is professional and courteous as well.
