Dairy Queen

The only reason I’m giving this place a single star is because it won’t let you give it none.
The worst DQ crew I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My family and I have sporadically come to this location since we moved here about 3 years ago, and it seems like every visit gets worse and worse. The fries are always cold, the service is always sub par, and the wait times are always absurdly long.
Our last visit here was after the dinner rush on a Wednesday night, when their were only about a half a dozen other customers. Our wait time? 45 minutes. Apparently they somehow accidentally gave our food to someone else, and didn’t notice. Then they said they’d make it all fresh for us. 10 minutes later we finally get served, and it’s nowhere near fresh, and delivered to our table by an exceedingly rude woman who replied to our thank you with a grunt.
We won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

This Dairy Queen needs to step it up or close down. The staff is fucking ridiculous, excuse the language. But how is it possible to stop 3 times to get a chicken strip meal & be told they were out once, then 2 other times the deep fryers were not working? like whatttt? either the staff are lazy liars or management sucks. Maybe both.

Just had a grilled chicken combo and turkey BLT. So much mayo on both that it was hard to eat. And wrapped up in a mess. French fries ok but mushy. Won’t come back for awhile.

The food is good or at least what would be expected from any DQ.
The service on the other hand is not. On many occasions when going through the drive thru. The window attendant is rude or rather non responsive. Would it kill someone to say hello or «gasp» smile. The strange thing is its not always the same rude person they are all this way. I guess Dairy Queen does not train their employees in good customer service.

While waiting in the drive thru, I noticed a young lady was constantly scratching her hair. Once I was able to gain her attention, I told her she needed to wash her hands, and reminded her that she is in the food service business, she said yes ma’am, and proceeded to wash her hands. When I finally received my order of Jalitos, that I waited so long for, they were crispy burnt, which was very dissapointing. Afterall, I waited a little bit longer than usual for them.

We usually come here for some sort of sweet but eat dinner or lunch here occasionally. It may sound odd but I really like their tacos for something other than a sweet. The main thing we come here for is the Blizzard. I like all sorts of Blizzard flavors but I usually try and venture out for the Blizzard of the month.
