A few months ago I needed new tires for my truck, and after calling around for pricing, decided to get them from NTB in Waxahachie. Steven scheduled a time for me to come in a few days later. When I showed up at the time and date that we had scheduled, another employee told me «Oh yeah, Steven told me to let you know when you came in, that those tires will be here tomorrow.» A bit frustrated about not receiving a phone call, we set up the tire change for the following day. When I arrive to my «appointment», it takes over an hour just to get the truck in the shop, and over three hours after arrival to change 4 tires. When I get back in my truck they are closing, and I noticed a tire pressure warning on my dash. It was reading 0PSI on the rear driver side tire. I walked back in and told the employee at the counter that one of the TPMS sensors is not reading. He tells me that this is normal, and to drive the truck for a few miles and it should clear. Well, it did not. So being frustrated I took it to a different NTB the following day. They said that the sensor was more than likely broken, but didn’t want to work on my truck because the guys at NTB Waxahachie stripped out my locking lug nuts. So, I get on the phone with the regional manager, and explain my situation. He contacted the store manager regarding my situation. The manager got in touch with me and told me that he was going to take care of everything and to bring it back by. I told him I wanted them to get all their ducks in a row, to make sure they had a spare sensor in case it’s broken, and that I didn’t want to have to sit there for 3 hours again for them to come back and tell me that they are going to have to order some parts, and to come back again later. He said he was waiting on a TPMS Wand(used to reset sensors) that he had ordered to arrive(National Tire and Battery is what NTB stands for, and they don’t have the tool necessary to reset TPMS sensors that became standard in all cars back in 2008.) So I waited patiently. During the waiting period, my truck ended up in the Chevrolet dealership for an extended period of time for unrelated issues.(During the repairs at the dealership, they actually had to drill out my lug studs to get the wheels off because of what NTB did) So I just recently got around to calling the manager back and scheduling a time that I could be there. I arrived at 3:30, and they pulled my truck in fairly quickly. About 45 minutes later, the manager tells me that the wand they use to reset the sensors is dead and that it needed to charge for about 10 minutes. Then he says that he replaced the sensor, and that he was going to drive it down the block to see if it would reset on its own while the TPMS wand charges. Finally, another 45 minutes later, he tells me that the wand will not hold charge long enough to reset it, and to come back the next day. He said he would charge it overnight and call me first thing in the morning after testing it out. That was two days ago, and I have yet to receive a call back from the manager. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any shop.

We had a tire on our fifth– wheel lose its tread. We limped into NTB, where Marty put our spare on at no charge. And he checked out our other tires to make sure they were ok. It’s nice to know that there are still some good businesses out there.

This place is shady! I came here to get brakes and they said it would be about an hour. No joke, almost 4 hours later, my car was ready. It’s a good thing my husband came with me to be able to drive me to do my errands for the day. They said they didn’t have the right brake pads in stock, they had to get them. It took them hours to get them sent over but every time we checked on it, they would just tell me 5 minutes. It wasn’t until I got upset with them that they told me the truth; they didn’t have the right pads in stock, they were waiting for the right ones to be delivered. They ended up giving me a pretty decent discount, so we decided to try this place again. My husband and I came here to get new tires. My husband was specific on what kind of tire he wanted. We were quoted $ 200 for one tire, so we gave them the go ahead. About 45 minutes later the tire was on, but it wasn’t the one my husband specifically asked for. They didn’t even tell him they pulled the switch on him and installed a different tire, he noticed when they brought the truck out and they tried to pass it off as the tire he asked for. The guy said«oh, I meant to tell you…» Uh huh. This place is shady. They screwed me once, and I tried again. They screwed me the second time, but I promise that’ll be the last time we deal with them.

Took my van in for an alignment! After they had it in the shop a few hours, I returned to get my vehicle. It was worse than when I brought it in. This is the second time I have a bad experience with them and will not be going back.

Definitely not the service it was before. Manager seems lost and if not for the tall younger salesperson I might still be there. This place has had so many changes trying to get it right. I guess we wait, because it still isn’t.

I would give them 0 if I could. I called 30 min ahead of my visit to let them know I would be coming in. They said there was no wait, but when I got there all of the sudden there was a 2hr wait even though I had called ahead! I asked to talk to a manager, and he(John) came out incredibly confrontational. He had an argumentative tone and told me I would just have to wait. I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. He responded«God Bless» in a very sarcastic tone. I then said he needs to work on his customer service and his attitude, and he CALLEDME A BRAT. Don’t go to this location unless you want to deal with unprofessional people, get yelled at, and be called names. I am working with corporate to get this remedied. Go to the Discount Tire basically next door instead.
