Very hit and miss depending the employees there. In the past there have been a couple there that were great, but they never stick around long. I needed to build a fence, and wanted to order the materials and pick them up at the store, like Home Depot, but they don’t offer that. It took so long for them to find the right SKU for the wood posts, I finally went outside and took a picture for them. It took 20 minutes for someone to come outside to load the posts and fence wire. After stringing almost half the fence wire, I realized they gave, me 4 foot fence, instead of the 5 foot I requested and paid for. I wasn’t about to pull it down and start all over again, so now I have to run a hot wire to keep my dogs in the fence. When I told the manager, I didn’t even get an apology. They did refund the difference. I miss the family locally owned farm stores.
