DONOTGOHERE. Unless you want your clothing lost or destroyed. I’d give them zero stars if possible. Like others have said, I don’t want to leave a bad review but want to warn others to take their business elsewhere. They have ruined valuable garments and fabrics, lost clothing — and the customer service is horrific. Their front desk people are dismissive. Very very disappointed and hopefully other competition will put them out of business.

Giving them one star is to much. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I’ve lost things that I forgot in the pockets never to be returned. That is a huge integrity problem. The manager is useless. Can’t fix problems. Getting someone to speak English is an act of God. I’ve heard of getting what you pay for, so I was reluctant in using them but thought because they were on the highway they worked in volume. I was wrong. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t address issues. I’ve never given a bad review on a business but this place is overdue after I gave them several chances to correct themselves. I hope the owner corrects the issue because he is going to go out of business because of poor service. Meanwhile I am done and so is all of my friends and family that I’ve sent there. They can’t clean or press underwear without an issue.

This establishment moved to 598 Rt 23 N in Pompton Plains last year. I just went there to have a comforter dry cleaned. The sign read $ 23.99 cash or credit. The clerk charged me more and when I questioned it, she said it was because I was paying by credit card. I asked to speak to the manager who was quite rude. He admitted to only being at the store for 2 days and told me the sign was old. He said they were telling me the correct price and that I should listen to them. I told him that they should take down the sign or change it, and that a good business practice is to honor advertised prices. The guy asked me what my problem was and said that I should forget about the sign and listen to him. When I protested, he grew impatient and asked whether I wanted to comforter cleaned. He refused to give me his name or the name and contact information for the owner of the store. It’s obvious that customer service is not a priority there.

When this place was on Route 23, by dunkin donuts, it did a reasonable job for the price, went there for years… now that it is by route 23 buffet on the other side of the highway, it ruined multiple expensive blouses and jackets… i’m trying to find a new affordable home for my dry cleaning

I went to this place and they charged me twice in two different credit cards, they promised me they’ll fix it and give me cash or whatever i wanted… the days passed and no news about them! i had to go 3 times cause the owner didn’t want to give me back the money cause I didn’t give him prove of the two charges(even though i showed them the two charges in my phone)… finally he paid me back with a check! not only that… the clothes were all wrinkled and imposible to wear… I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACE! WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!!

I hate writing bad reviews– I actually try not to and only write reviews on businesses that I love but this place is terrible. This is a long over due review after multiple issues with this place. To be fair I haven’t been here for a couple of months so they could have improved, but I doubt it. I used to go here all the time because it is cheap and they would do just okay work, good enough for your dry cleanables that aren’t super nice and delicate. After suspecting that they did not actually clean my garments and just pressed them(my clothes would come back with stains that should not be a challenge to any dry cleaner including deodorant marks) and after the maybe 10th time they damaged things by sticking their customer id tags through the middle of the fabric and not on a seem, I decided not to come back. They use like plastic hang tags to put the customer tag on and they use like 5 – 10 plastic tags. They don’t always take the care to put them on a tag or through a seem, they have put them right through the fabric on delicates like silk… crazy. I have given them a couple more chances that were unsuccessful. Losing a belt to a sweater, making new stains on clothes. How the stains happen, I have no clue. Actually the last time I went I picked up a handful of items. After I got home i noticed there was a note stuck in-between the hangers saying something along the lines of damaged– show and refund customer. No one decided they should let me know, I guess they just left it as a surprise for me when I got home. My solid yellow top was covered in blue stains. No clue where that came from but that was my last time I went here. I actually saved the tag to share a picture with this review but after a recent move I lost it. If it ever turns back up I will post it to give a good laugh for how bad this place is. I guess its my own fault for not checking over each item before I leave. But no thanks, I would rather pay more and go to a better cleaners that I can trust. If you live up 23 North try out Meadtown Cleaners in Kinnelon. Kwon(I think thats his name) is super nice, as is everyone else there and they can do magic on stains and alterations! :)

You get what you pay for … Tried to pick up that dress that was promised by the manager to be pressed by today. There it hung not touched. Poor management and no quality control. 3 strikes nd you’re out.

I went to this business located in Parsippany NJ and I had a bag of clothes to b cleaned. I asked the clerk how do they clean clothing — will they clean my clothes w others or together. She had the mgr/owner come out to speak w me. So I proposed the same question to him and he said we cleaned them w others — what do u think we can do only your clothes… The I asked well how do u know which clothes r mines since it only have the no of items but not a descript of the items — he looked at my tickets(3) and said why r u bring all these clothes at this time we are closing what r u doing to me. He had a mental break down and I said I can take my business else where and he said go ahead. I was like wow never heard about a business complaining u have to many clothes and it’s to late. Will NEVER go to this business again. The description on this business states we welcome u w a smile and no gimmicks. Beware 1.99 to clean an item — its like purchasing stale food at a $ 1 store.
