This store is a dump. With only one register open. That is a joke. Close this dump down this place blows… People that work there just stand around looking at you. Get more workers or close this dump. Zero stars

I can’t believe this place didn’t go out of business yet! The place is a mess, the staff are hard to find, indifferent and anything but helpful. From now on, it’s Target and Walmart for me!

I used to shop here all, the time as a kid. Remember when they had the luncheonette in the back of the store? It was a pretty good place to shop. I stopped in the other and was really shocked by what a mess the store was. I couldn’t get the cart down a fe of the aisles because merchandise was all over the place. I just needed clothes hangers — that’s it. $ 4 in total and I was paying cash. The cashier asked me if I had reward card and I said no. Meh then asked me if I was sure. I explained I hadn’t been in the store for at least 15 years and I was pretty sure. He then asked me for my phone # to check. I again explained I don’t have a reward card and I just wanted my hangers. It’s Target all the way for me from now on!

It’s Kmart, it’s a discount retail store, so you can’t expect a whole lot. What you should expect is a store that’s from this decade, heck, even the last decade, but no, this store is staight out of the late eighties to early nineties. I know Kmart has had it’s financial problems in the past, but spending the money on a renovation might just draw people in that prefer not to shop at a depressing store.
Not only is the store completely outdated, but the employees are grumpy, rude, and cold. I’ve lived in Wayne for about six years now and I’ve only shopped here a few times, but i can remember each experience that I had… and it wasn’t very good. One time I was at check out and the cashier made zero verbal contact, she didn’t even verbalize the total… she just expected us to read it… really?!?
I may be little harsh, but the bottom line is that this store has a lot of potential, but a lot of neglect.

I used to shop at this store with my mother when I was a young child. It was more upscale then. The staff are rude and unfriendly. I just go there when I don’t feel like driving to Walmart.

Customer service is nonexistent. Too many items don’t have price tags. One time I was looking at clothes and couldn’t even find a mirror in that department.
