I keep coming back! Just love the wings. And if I sit at the bar, I do get really good service from the my two favorite bartenders here. Amanda and Josh Banks. Always ask if I want the same soon as I sit down. Service is everything in my opinion. They are the main reason i come back.

Mediocre food, bad drink selection and there is a manager (who looks like he’s still in high school) who puts every guest at a 4 drink minimum. At least while I was there. 4 drinks for most drinkers is nothing so you are losing ALOT of money.

This is the exact reason I hate coming here .sit down get a waitress (bar is almost empty so quick this time) put a food order in and a drink the food came out before the drink did… bartender standing over there chit chatting… it’s ridiculous…

The food here is not worth what you have to put up with to get it. Place is ALWAYS noisy to the point you have to yell to be heard in your own party. Service is abysmal.

I always tell myself never again. This place is quick to seat you however the waitress or waiter serving me always take to long. 5 mins is fine. 20 mins on a slow wesenday is not. It was myself and my lady And have never been treated with such disregard. They took even longer to bring fountion drinks and then forgot to take our orders. The food was the correct size and sause. However they register to bring us extra ranch and the food itself was cold or slightly warm. They refused to remedy this issue yet we’re more than happy to take my money. This is the last time I will ever eat here and refuse to recommend this place.

Service is terrible, been here for an hour and once we got our food, I didn’t eat too much due to losing appetite from poor service. Best luck to the restaurant to improving their service.

It’s a shame that the service has been bad at every BWW I’ve been to, because I love those wings. I ordered online, and arrived on time to pickup. The waiter working the to go counter took helped someone that came in after me, then took payment and walked off without saying anything. They for the order right, at least.

Bleh. This place. This service. This food is all bleh. Now granite it’s not like I was looking for fine dining or some kick ass wings but I mean warm food and decent service shouldn’t be that hard to find. We walk in and the place is about half empty. The waiter SUCKED. Now keep in mind I work in the service industry and my pet peeve is to never allow customers to wait so long to be taken care of. It took about 20 minutes to order and get appetizers. Don’t forget this place was HALF EMPTY. Ridiculous. Now when the food comes out it all goes downhill. The sour cream was rancid and the cucumbers and carrots were pretty much rubber. They were plating and serving food I wouldn’t even feed to my dog. Drive to whataburger if you want something edible.

Everytime I eat here I get horrible service. The food is okay. However, the waitresses/​waiters tend to always have attitudes and do not ever make it a pleasant place to eat. I don’t understand if you have atleast 10 people on staff how the hell are the bathrooms always dirty!

I have been to this location several times and every time it has been less than desirable. Service is not very friendly, and the food has been poor. Most of the time, the boneless wings are not coated all the way with sauce and one time my husband received a still raw chicken sandwich. Just last night his burger was room temp and the bun was cold. We will not be back.

I don’t come here often [because i hate smoke, although they do have non-​smoking it tends to linger], but if you want to watch the game and eat good wings, this is the place to go. I will definitely be here for March Madness!

The waiter I don’t think knew what she was doing she must have been new. They ran out of French fry’s on a game night, but the waiter suggested Potato Wedges! They are spectacular! The wings tasted great! I would recommend Honey BBQ sauce to anyone, it isn’t to spicy but it’s not too sweet. But the service was a little slow but it was a game night and it was packed, but that is to be expected.

Feels more like a bar than a restaurant. Bathroom had piss all over the floor, paper towel dispenser was broken and the garbage was overflowing. They shorted us on our wings and took 10 minutes before we had a chance to tell the waitress. Honey BBQ boneless wings were average and water was never refilled. The outside had some graffiti on it and stepping out of my car I stepped onto a condom! Gross! To say the least was a trashy location and I expect more from BWW!

Ok, So I have heard about how great Buffalo Wild Wings is and we wanted to celebrate our sons birthday and this was where he wanted to eat. We went and well, I was a bit disappointed. We spent about $ 100 for 8 people to eat and really no one was pushing away from the table full. They basically have chicken wings with bones in them or without (glorified chicken nuggets) and they have about 10 dipping sauces to choose from. We sat outside and played the «game» on our phones. (They have a corporate game that your server can give you a controller for or you can use your iphone and play along.) The game was fun and I am so glad we sat outside as the inside felt more like a bar than a grill. The chicken was good but again, I think a bit over-​rated and overpriced. Not going to make my top-​ten list! Each order is priced under $ 10 but one order will not fill a growing boy and I had 5 of them with me!
