I love Panera food, but every time I go to this Panera and order to go, something is missing from my bag. As the customer, I should not have to double check the employees. It is so frustrating to get home and realize you only got half the food you paid for.

Another Panera with good food and impressively excellent service staff. I’ll add the fifth star in 2016 when they say all food will be non– GMO, free range, no additives. They have already begun the process. Great place to eat.

the reason i am only giving Panera 4 stars is I can’t honestly rate the rest of the place as I only hit the drive thru for one thing only: cinnamon crunch bagels — OMG those are the best ! call me a creature of habit but thats all i get there. and only thru the drive thru. but without a doubt they have the friendliest drive thru staff of any drive thru in town. so someday i will actually go inside and maybe try something else to get that fifth star but for now great bagels in a great drive thru get my four stars !!

Ehh… nothing remarkable. Panera is ok, but I“m not a huge fan. I’ve eaten there a few time and really want to love it, but to me its just not that great. Today I had the Thai Chicken salad, which I don’t recommend. I’m not a fuzzy eater at all, in fact I will eat just about anything that doesn’t eat me first, but I couldn’t stomach this salad and after I picked out the little wonton strips I was done. The dressing is horrible… not even close to anything really thai, just gross. I had a bbq chicken flatbread sandwich with it, which I thought was pretty good though. My mom had the apple chicken salad, again not a winner. She said it had like apple syrup on it… so sweet, and just not good, she barely gagged hers down as well. While we were seated some street person carrying a travel bag came in the side door, sat behind us, and proceeded to empty a large amount of the bags contents on the table. He had a cup(I think he had saved from earlier) and kept going back to the soda machine and filling it up with drinks. Just hanging out but not really a customer, dirty and disheveled looking. It didn’t make me want to hang out. When we left we bought a brownie, a triple berry scone, and a Cinnamon crunch bagel. All of the pastries were good, but we stood there seriously for over 5 minutes, with a girl at the counter who was making yogurt cups, just staring at us, but never once asking if we needed any assistance. Finally when I walked up closer to the counter she said«Did you need something?» I said«Uh.yea, we would like to buy some stuff, can we order?» She then said«Oh ok sorry I didn’t know you wanted anything» she then took our order. Seriously? I’m standing at the counter looking in the glass case for fun right? Anyway…I won’t be going back anytime soon. There are a few places in town with better food I think, and honestly they are less expensive.

Your typical panera — except they have a drive thru! I asked the young lady at the drive thru window if they served more than just beverages and pastries at the window. Oh yes! But then people don’t understand why it takes more than 30sec for their freshly handmade Salad or sandwich to he made. Silly people. There’s also a nice area for sitting outside. One day at lunch a young woman was walking around offering samples of freshly made cookies. Yum!

Five stars for the drive through alone. The food is always great at a Panera, but oh so convenient with the drive through.

This location recently opened here in Webster along with a drive thru which we used. Not sure if I’ve seen one at a Panera before but tried this one. Staff was all smiles. My only problem with it was the ten minutes it took to get my food. I’m not complaining about the wait, it’s better then having the food pre made and ready to go. Somehow waiting at the drive thru is worse then waiting inside the store. . Did I mention that they have a few tables set up outside?
