Gross boneless chicken wings. Seriously they looked congealed and disgusting, smelled funny and tasted off (took two bites and that was enough for me). Fries were soggy. And it look 2 hours to get my food, I’m probably about 10 blocks away.
I’m giving two stars because I’ve tried a sandwich from here before and it wasn’t so bad, maybe they’re better at certain food items. Those wings turned me off so much though I won’t be ordering again.

Great food and extensive menu which I loved. My boyfriend & I order here frequently and unfortunately because of the continuously rude girl who answers the phone and takes our order I have to only give this place 2 stars. Tonight was the last straw. We ordered and she was rude from the beginning. Our order came extremely cold so we called to let them know and she picked up. She said, «Ok» and hung up. With all the restaurants in this area we will not be ordering again. Choose & train your staff wisely.
SO ORIGINALLY I HAD GIVEN THIS PLACE 2 STARS B/​C OF THE RUDE SERVICE BUT I CHOSE TO CHANGE IT TO 5 STARS B/​C THE OWNER CALLED US BACK IMMEDIATELY AND WAS EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC AND OFFERED US A FREE MED PIZZA NEXT TIME WE ORDER. I RESPECT AND APPRECIATE THE OWNER’S CONCERN AND QUICK ATTENTION TO OUR DISSATISFACTION.

Tony Novante’s is a sad display of what could have been. Sure, it will be a great sub the first time you order. Maybe the 2nd or 3rd, too. But then you get raw chicken and stale bread, and stay away for a few months. Then they will win you back and you’ll find a giant clump of hair in your calzone. Swearing them off yet again, until you crave a buffalo chicken sandwich… then it’s stringy. Tony, you’re toast.

So I ordered from here for the first time, got some wings and calamari. Wings were pretty good, I thought I would never say this when ordering wings but it didn’t have enough sauce. Usually any other place you get too much. But all good, wings were great. Definitely ordering again. But the calamari was like chewing rubber. Calamari is my fav app and I order it any where I go. Worst ever, stay away! But get the wings!

Heard so many good about Anthony’s, had to try it for myself. The service was top notch, once we got seated. The place is too small and gets crowded quickly. The menu is limited in size, but the food was very fresh and tastes great. We shared — house salad, Pork Ribs with Vinegar Peppers and a thin crust pizza with meatballs and ricotta, I especially loved the vinegar pepper ribs. I’ll br back soon.

The food is not bad but delivery and customer service fail big time.
Place an order at 2pm on a weekday. 1 hour goes by so I call and the guy tells me the delivery person already left and will be there any minute. Another 30 minutes goes by (yes, an hour and half later on weekday afternoon) and I call again. I talk to the same person again, who identified himself as Neil, and I asked what the hold is, is my food going to be hot, etc.
His response «I don’t know, I just work here» Really Neil?
I ask to speak with a manager or owner and get told they are unavailable at the moment.
There was no apology for the 1.5 hour wait, no apology that I cannot address my issues with management because they didn’t show up for work and nothing done to resolve the problem.
I ended up cancelling the order and went with another pizza place. I suggest you do the same.

Ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and received the disgusting slop of lettuce in tomato with what perhaps could be considered a side of chicken. That may be acceptable if lettuce and tomato was listed as one of the ingredients in this rap yet it was not. Needless to say this horrifying excuse of a wrap will never be ordered by me or should not be ordered by anyone ever. Pure disgusting poison.

I love pizza so much that I have a picture of it on my bedroom wall. However, Tony Novante’s pizza is extremely disappointing. One reason the pizza is disappointing is because they focus on quantity over quality. Each pizza slice can fill the stomach of a medium-​sized bear for all of the hibernation season. There is a minimal amount of sauce on the cardboard-​textured crust, and the sauce was extremely under seasoned. There was way too much cheese, and it tasted as if it rotted in the back of a refrigerator for a year or so. And even more disappointing, it was served frozen solid. Pretty sad pizza for $ 2.00 per slice.

Customer service is important here. The manager contacted me right away in order to improve my experience. We tried another pizza, and they made it with thin crispy crust and it was good.

I received flyers from this place and considered to order from here with my brother. I placed the call at 3:42pm and ordered wings with fries and a cheese steak sandwich. At 5:17pm I called them back asking about my order. The guy who picked up said the delivery man should be around he was stuck in traffic and also blamed it on the bad weather. (It was raining lightly by this time.) When I finally got my order at 5:25 I then realized the drinks were not in the bag, so I called them back and the gentlemen on the phone said he called the driver, told him to go to a grocery store to buy the drinks and that he will return with them. It is now 5:50pm and still no drinks. I can tell you this, my first experience was a terrible experience and I will never order from this place again.

Quick delivery. Great pizza! Delicious garlic knots. And a very good chicken Caesar salad. All in all, was very happy with getting this much good food delivered to the pool! Oh, the wife and son were happy too, but I was hungry and didn’t forgot to ask.

This is the best American style pizza in this area. The delivery is fast and the prices are great. Their wings are without a doubt the best. I’ve been dying for a great wing place and finally they’re here. So many different sauces to choose from I love me some garlic, teriyaki, and BBQ

Birthday Party at Tony Novante’s!!!
If you want to have totally unique Birthday expirence for your kid this is it. Tony is a fun sweet nice animated pizzeria owner (I call him the Pizza Boss). The party is centered around Tony leading the creation of a personal pizza by EACH child attending. I thought my son was a little young for this (3 years old) but the group of 12 kids age 2 – 4 loved beating the dough into a flat pie — adding cheese and sauce and topping of their choice — all lead by Tony Novante. Tony made a pepperoni smiley face for my son. The kids loved this party — and so did the adults who sat on the side and ate monster sized slices of Tony’s awesome pizza. The place is byob so the adults enjoyed themselves and Tony let us bring in a Birthday cake and decorate the place!!! Thanks SO MUCH TONY !! A great and memorable Birthday party for everyone !!

Awesome place! I order from here at least a few times a month because they have amazing food, great prices, and super timely delivery. Any sandwich is amazing but I would recommend the Tony’s special sub. Also love this place because I hate when places add on a delivery fee and tack on a tip button. Straight tip only, so I always give a little extra because you need to appreciate that!

Pizza was very good if you order a slice there and eat it. It was very crispy and saucy.
However when you order delivery it is horrible. I ordered twice for delivery both time the pizza was burnt and cold.
I would not order for delivery I will just go there and eat. 10−31−14.
I changed my two star to five stars. Tony contact me through Unilocal.He apologize for the order that I order yesterday. He was very nice and he insist in giving me free pizza tonight. The pizza was much better today. It was not burnt. I love their pizza sauce. Tony went out of his way to make sure his customers were happy and satisfied with their food. Thank you Tony!!! 11−1−14.
