We used them for gutter cleaning and were very happy. You would never know they were here except for the wonderfully clean gutters. There was no left behind clumps of rotting wet leaves or gunk splatters on our windows or siding. We will use them again for gutter cleaning and their other services.

Fitchburg, MA
Called for removal of an ice dam on my roof on Friday and was told they would come Saturday morning. When they did not arrive by noon on Saturday, I called and was told the work order said Saturday but was put on the crew board for Sunday. Was told they would arrive between 8 and 9 on Sunday. Called at 9:15 when nobody had arrived and was told I should have been told between 8 and 10. Called back at 10:30 and am going almost immediately to voice mail. If this is what one calls excellent service then I do not want to come across bad service. I will never call Fran Maple for any service again and unless you want to get bluffed into thinking they will be coming to serve you, I would do the same!
