Just came here for lunch n this is the fastest jersey Mike’s I’ve been too. It was my mom and brothers first time got them the turkey provolone Mike’s way n the big kahuna. They loved it! Thank you for your great service will continue to come back

Decent sandwiches but the place is very dirty. Tables are unattended with food on the floor and on the tables.

First time at Jersey Mikes today for lunch and I was very impressed. Ordered the Big Kahuna Philly Cheesesteak sandwich in a wheat wrap and it was very good. Not too big, not too small. Lots of meat and cheese with the appropriate amount of peppers and mushrooms. I’m starting to prefer wraps vs. bread or subs because I find wraps a fun alternative. My wife ordered a salad which she says was very good, however it lacked cucumbers and the green peppers were either not ripe or had gone bad. They had a pale color to them and were not edible. Thus the reason for 4 stars I hope this was just a single incident and not the norm. Mike’s had plenty of seating both indoors and out. Everything was clean and organized, even the restroom was clean. Staff is friendly and very quick. Parking lot is large but limited due to the other surrounding businesses. Looking forward to going back, their menu sounds more appetizing than Subway — which I’ve grown totally bored of.

Tried Jersey Mikes for the 1^st time today. Tried the roast beef which was good. Next time will try the tuna. Everything was fresh and the cold cuts are sliced to order. Very nice! The 3 sandwich artists who filled my order were really cool. Kinda pricey but if you want cheap go to Subway.

Prettyy dankkyy for the firstt timee :) i enjoyedd wish they had black olives that would, make it perfecrtt. Putt a generous amount of oil and vinegar which I’m a big sucker for yummmyyyy

Love this place! The staff is Great! Courteous and efficient! Very pleasant and making sure the customer is always Happy!

So, I love Jersey Mikes. I’m an East Coast-​er — we do sandwiches different there! So imagine my surprise when I order subs with 20 min before closing that we «can» eat our sandwiches, but that we HAVE to be out by 9. Deciding to risk it, since we were hungry, we sit down to eat. Then the girl (a guy had previously warned us) from behind the counter says «we close in 10
Minutes and we HAVE to lock the door so you have to go». Seriously?’ If this is the case, then close at 8:45. Ruined a good sandwich and clouded my Jersey Mikes impression. I would suggest hitting a different one — the one on Workman in Covina is staffed with rude people.

This I the second time we’ve used this place for a business lunch. The first time we called and were told that they could only take a max of five subs over the phone, and any more would have to be called in the day before. We ordered online (from the same store) and the entire order was ready in about ½ an hour. The sandwiches were good.
This time we went straight to online ordering. I would have liked to see that napkins and oil, vinegar, mustard and extra mayo were already in a bag or that they asked us if we wanted any.
I ordered myself a chicken Caesar wrap that had a description of «creamy Caesar dressing.» Great, that’s how I like it. No croutons available. Really? It’s a Caesar. There wasn’t any discernible parmesan either. Without croutons and parmesan it’s just flavorless lettuce and chicken. The dressing was also nowhere near «creamy.» It was so watery as to be dripping everywhere and making the wrap soggy. It also tasted nothing like Caesar, at least not that I could taste. A coworker that got the same agreed.
Stick to their subs if you decide to eat here.

Giving place at 3 usually pretty good but the last three times I’ve come they have no avocado for the California sub big disappointment.

I will say this. They ruined other sub shops for me. I have always enjoyed a good sub and I am picky about them. Jersey mikes simply rocks !

One star for nice customer service. However, I ordered a turkey wrap to go and when I got home I found two long hairs rolled right into my wrap :(I wanted to barf and suddenly lost my appetite and threw away my whole wrap :(such a waste. So gross !

I usually love my sandwich from here. It tasted ok. My bread seemed it was not cooked all the way. It was as light in color as my lays potato chip. I saved half for later and the bread because hard and crusty which has never happened. Bread baker the bread should be a little browner not light and chewy. I wont even mention the cashiers «friendliness.»

Why go to Subway when this place is here!!! Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are always such a treat. They slice the meat & cheese right in front of you, deli style. The staff at the West Covina location are always super friendly & a couple of them know my order before I even tell them. Our favorites are #6 & #7 Cold Subs — Mike’s way, of course!

Same workers same problems at this store. Shorted us meat. Acted like they didn’t understand what happened. Complained to manager and I took three explanations before they understood.
Will have to change locations I guess.

I am a big Jersey Mike’s fan but this location is just OK. They don’t have Tastycakes and that is a minus. Even working with the same ingredients some locations just put out a better product than others. This one is toward the lower end. Also the staff was very unenthusiastic even though they were not busy. They could use some pointers from the store on Sepulveda in El Segundo!!!

Been to this location a lot and others in the area. They are always very generous with their portions and rarely fret about giving xtra toppings upon request. I’ve been to another (not going to mention which since it was probably just a bad day) and have gotten attitude over it. Thank you Jersey Mikes Covina!

Look, I worked at a sandwich shop when I was a teenager, and I may have smoked pot before or during my shift once or twice, but this kid who took my order was stupid stoned. Sloooow and could not understand my rather simple order.
Stoner kid: What kind of bread would you like that on?
Me: What are my options?
kid: Uh, just white.
me: (gave a bewildered look)
kid: So, do you want white then?
I also had to remind him three times what type of sandwich he was making for me. And he had no clue what capocollo was even though it is on their menu.
So aside from the awkward and rather annoying exchange with stoner kid, my sandwich was just okay. I was somewhat impressed that they sliced the meat to your order, but I was quite concerned that this guy was going to cut a finger off.

Good quality subs, good location. Wish they had more ingredients for the sandwiches though. The staff is pretty friendly, and you can call ahead for a pick-​up, which is nice.
I also use a walker, so I love that the handicapped parking is right in front of their store.
Definitely worth checking this place out if you like sandwiches. Get it Mike’s Way — you won’t regret it.

Came here on my Birthday to get a free sub and drink. Came around 11:30AM and there was no customers inside, noticed a worker at the back on the phone taking an order and also noticed another worker on the table interviewing someone. Was standing for a few minutes until the guy at the back came out and greeted me. Didn’t really care about them not greeting me on the when I came in because this was my first time going in a place like this and was just looking through their menu. Anyway I gave them my birthday coupon and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and got a drink. I love their soda fountain, their soda is really fresh. I notice that some fast food joint’s soda fountain aren’t fresh. Anyway my sub was prepared pretty fast and they honored my birthday coupon too as well.

I had the regular #13 classic sandwich with wheat bread, chips, and a 22 oz drink combo for just under $ 8 after the discount. When in doubt, just say you’ll have it Mike’s way if you don’t know what to put in your sandwich. The only problem I had was the bread was a little dry.
