Horrible service, the cashier let someone cut in front of me. The assistant store manager was right next to her and didn’t do shit. Immediately dismissed my order as «impossible,» all I wanted was fries and gravy. She did not suggest alternatives, or provide any reasoning. As I said I wouldn’t be buying anything, her reply was«fine,» no good day sir, or any consoling words. The service here is as terrible as stepping on a piece of gum on a hot summer day. The servers name was Nadine and the manager on duty was Dennis.

I’ve tried Jolibee in the past(I don’t recall how the food tasted). My friends ordered it to-go. I finally had the chance to experience and see how it was to eat there. I ordered the bucket treat which came with 6 pieces of chicken, a family sized pasta and 3 mango and peach pie. A side of mashed potatoes and a hotdog. The chicken was pretty good, but everything I ate felt a bit sweet. The hotdog had a sweet sauce I couldn’t make out. I tried half a pie. The crust was yummy, but once I tasted the fruit filling it made my taste bud have a weird reaction and I didn’t want to eat it anymore. The price was pretty expensive for fast food. The service was pretty decent. I did have to ask for plates and utensils when my order was ready. But overall the experience is similar to other fast food chains. It’s nothing that special, but if your craving spaghetti and fried chicken this place might or might not satisfy your craving.

Not bad of a place to eat. Got the chicken dippers which came with three pieces and a side of rice with some gravy for under $ 6

Just because I’m Filipino too doesnt mean I don’t criticize. That being said, I still recommend Jolibee. One day, I bought fried chicken from 3 different places. Compared to the other 2 chains, Jolibee’s Fried chicken had so little grease. The other 2 brands left me with oily fingers. If you want fried chicken, try it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Tried the Halo Halo. Absolutely obsessed with this amazing mix of textures in a cold sweet treat. Tried the crispy chicken. Absolutely a letdown. The bun to chicken ratio=8:1 and we had to wait 10 minutes for them because it is «prepared to order» Def going back again for dessert… And to try the friend chicken spaghetti combo.

Was surprised at how juicy and well seasoned the chicken strip was. The pasta was a bit too sweet. A typical fast food restaurant. Quick and decent service. Mass produced and affordable food.

You aren’t a true pinoy if you haven’t tried Jollibee. In fact, I don’t know a single Filipino who has never tried Jollibee. This is food that we grew up with, evidenced by the fact that even 2 year old kids know who jollibee is. It is actually more American than Filipino food, except for the jolly spaghetti which us Filipinos like to make sweet. It’s a definite must try! Also, the burger steak is like loco moco in hawaii. It’s burger patties with rice and topped with a generous amount of gravy. Chicken joy is basically just fried chicken-crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Yummmm! Desserts are also good here. You can never go wrong with peach mango pie and halo halo!

Jollibee is the«Filipino version of McDonald’s.» It’s inaccurate to call it Filipino food, because authentic Filipino food tastes much different(and in my humble opinion, much better). I wouldn’t even call it Filipino Fast Food because you could go to Pinoy Pinay across the street for that(and that, is delicious). What Jollibee is is its own version of a fast food chain with a Filipino twist. People, including myself, like the Chickenjoy, which is fried chicken and rice. It’s not exclusively a Filipino thing; it appeals to many pallets, but is something Jollibee is known for. One of my favorite dishes here is the peach mango pie, which is a dessert item. I’d definitely come back for that. The staff here are always courteous and I’ve always enjoyed my food here.

Most of the food here is really sub par. What I do like is the chicken joy along with an order of fries and gravy. Prices right, the portions are small, but the food filling. Service was nice, since the chicken is made to order it takes a bit, but well worth it. Don’t like any of the other items on the menu, but I keep coming back for the gravy fries.

Awesome customer service, Cath! I had asked numerous questions, and she patiently and nicely answered all of them without giving me attitude. Great job!

Updated their interior and removed the seperate area with glass. Looks much roomier and nicer. Also changed from styrofoam to paper containers for the food, looked cleaner. Staff was nice and food was good.

I’m here quiet often. Probably once every two weeks or so. They always get my order right. Service is good. No complaints really. I usually get burger steak or chicken joy with a side of rice. If you are new to Jollibee those are some good things to try first.

Surprised today cause they had gotten my order completely right, for the first time in a long time. The crew member today was actually nice, usually the girl workers there always give an attitude tone that makes me hate it there. But today was a good day. Everything tasted pretty GOOD as usual, it’s just the portions seems so small now it’s depressing as if I’m on a diet.

Jollibee has been a part of my life growing up as a Filipino American. Once in a while I would go to any Jollibee for a visit because I am craving their corned beef pan de sal sandwich or a quick fix of chicken joy and halo-halo. The spaghetti is decent and their traditional palabok plate is quite good. Most of my visits would be going to the drive-thru. Today, my wife wanted a noodle dish because it is a Filipino superstitious belief that when noodle is consumed by a person on their birthday then it means a long and full life. The drive thru staff was good. They took our order and they were fast. We asked for an iced tea drink but she heard and repeated pepsi to us. We really didn’t care much so we didn’t correct her. The issue I have with their location is too much traffic from the surrounding businesses and it annoys me to go through the bad drivers within the area. Sunday mornings ir evenings work best when you want to brave it out to a Jollibee. Don’t get me wrong, I like Jollibee a lot especially Halo-halo on a warm summer day. Their chicken joy is real nice and crispy. The sauce that comes with it is pretty damn good, too.

Service: 4 stars Price: 3 stars I had always seen a Jollibee around, either at the Puente Hills mall or etc but had never had the chance to try it. Finally one day, I decided to go in and try it out. Ordered: Crunch Chicken Sandwich B3 Big Yum Peach Mango Pie 2x Upon heading into the restaurant, I was surprised at the variety of food offered but the prices were way more than I had expected for a fast food joint. The taste and quality of the food was good but the portions were just too small. All the workers were quite friendly and I had no complaints. Other than that, I won’t be coming back because the prices are just too high for the type of food that they are selling. Maybe it’s considered a «treat,» where one doesn’t go often but when they are craving for something different.

Been here a few times the past couple years. Mostly come here for a dessert drink. It’s one of those places where I’d go only if I have a specific craving. Staff has always been nice and friendly with each visit. Their spaghetti and burger steak are my usual orders. Simple, nothing extraordinary.

This is the 2nd time ever that I had food from Jolibee. Unfortunately, they don’t have this chain in the Midwest. It’s fast, cheap and Filipino. It’s no home cooking, but the food is decent. Man, their food is cheap! I got breakfast at the drive thru for about $ 4. Ordered longanisa that comes with garlic fried rice, a slice of tomato and a fried egg and a cup of coffee. The longanisa sausage was ok, a little on the dry side and not the most delicious. The coffee could have been better. Let’s just say that the Folgers coffee at DJ was much better.

Well, it’s been a while since I had been to a Jollibee location. I had to pick up some bahlikbayan boxes and decided that grabbing lunch at Jollibee would be a great idea as I wanted something quick so I could continue with my errands. We ordered two orders of two pieces of chicken with one breast and one drumstick along with rice and gravy. There was also a couple of orders of the corned beef with pan de sal. I love the corned beef pan de sal a lot. It’s probably one of my favorite items here. However, it’s a bit disappointing when I have to wait 20 minutes for a chicken breast to be cooked. This makes me question how often this is ordered for the fact it takes 20 minutes and how old the frozen chicken could be. If they actually had it available and ready to eat, would more people order it? I would think so. I thought the Eagle Rock location was the only place that took 20 minutes to fry the chicken breast, but I guess it runs through this location and maybe a few others as well. No bueno for me… Anyway, waiting 20 minutes for chicken breast was a bit annoying. Nonetheless, everything tasted pretty good. I will say that the gravy is the way to go when eating your fried chicken. If you come here, you’ll get some decent fried chicken, but just don’t think a chicken breast will be sitting here waiting for you. You’ll have to exert at least 20 minutes of patience before you can eat it.
