My first time here, just to have a look, the place is beautiful. They can do everything, So many things to choose from, or create your own. Would definitely recommend this place. They were so sweet, they didn’t have any attitude like some places. Felt welcomed. So many beautiful jewels i didn’t want to leave. They’re located in the chase building, 4^th floor. I will be coming back one day. Please stop on by!

Sooooo pleased with this service! So I bought my ring from an online jewelry store… lesson learned. Horrible service, they shipped me the wrong ring, and it was the wrong size. So I had read reviews that when you ship the ring back for repairs or resizing it take forever to get it back if at all so I said eff the lifetime warranty and decided to go elsewhere for my resizing. Not only was ray incredibly friendly and helpful his prices were very reasonable and the service was great quality and super speedy! I am beyond pleased with this place. I wish I would have found them prior and gotten a ring from here instead but I WI definitly keep them in mind in the future and recommend them to everyone I know who is gng to be in the market for jewelry. Ray custom made my engagement ring and engagement band and did an AMAZING job. We also purchased my fiancés wedding band from him and it was very reasonably priced. He is honest and up front about pricing and he can make anything you show him! I will come to Ray for many years!

I was looking on Unilocal (what’s new?) for a jewelry store that was not associated with the mall and I came across Mona Lisa. My fiancé and I had no idea there was a jewelry store in the Chase building! Anyways, I kept telling my then boyfriend (now fiancé) that I wanted to look in there to see if they had any engagement rings that I liked since the mall jewelry stores weren’t cutting it. Well long story short, my fiancé went there secretly and picked out the most amazing ring!!! He proposed to me with this gorgeous ring and I loved it so much but it did happen to be a little big. So we went into Mona Lisa to have it resized and also see about a bigger diamond as well and Ray was so sweet! He resized and replaced the diamond for a larger one at a very reasonable price. While I was there I happened to look at the men wedding bands and bought my fiancé one. Mona Lisa has a very good selection of men’s bands too. Just to sum it all up, Ray is very personable and caring and loves what he does and is so good at it too! My ring is absolutely gorgeous!

Ray and Susan are the best in the business! Ray is the most knowledgeable when it comes to jewelry! He specializes in custom jewelry. Even the other big jeweler companies use his service because he can deliver! He is honest and really helpful. His prices are the best! When I was looking for a jeweler to set a stone on a custom ring, they were nice enough to accommodate me even though I did not have an appointment. They called me in less than a week, letting me know that the ring is ready. Best of all, he is the only jeweler I know that does not ask you to leave your jewelry for stone setting, jewelry adjustment or repair and you can watch as he works on your piece. You know for sure your valuables are not being swapped for a lower quality piece.

I made a Unilocal account just to review this place, I had no idea they were located in the chase building (4^th floor) ray has a great selection of rings and he did an amazing job resizing my engagement ring within an hour! And the price was great! I called 15 other places and either they didn’t do same day resizing or their prices were $ 100+!!! Went to ray and was charged $ 48. Extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend! I will soon be going back to get my fiancé wedding band and to get mine resized! (:

By far one of the best jewelers in the business! I spoke with Ray, told him an idea of what we were looking for, I gave him my budget ahead of time, he selected rings that fit the style and price I was after, My fiancée found her «perfect» ring. We looked at a million online and none were what she was looking for. We got to Mona Lisa, and the second ring Ray showed her was the one she fell in love with. It’s a private Jewelry store, so you get a more hands on approach than your shark filled chain stores. He can do appraisals, repairs, he can even make you something custom, he even forwarded our ring info on to the insurance company so we had it insured immediately. If you are in the market for any kind of Jewelry, Ray and Monalisa Jewelers is the place to go!

Ray was given an idea and created a beautiful masterpiece! He is definitely a hidden gem. I would highly recommended this jeweler, especially if you want something custom created! Before going anywhere else, stop by here first, you won’t be disappointed!
