My family of four have been going to Dr. Vales for almost 5 years now. I would give them more than 5 stars if it’s available. This is a very clean clinic and staff are very friendly. Dr. Vales is the best and he’s very gentle with his patients and especially the children. This office do not schedule 100 people at a time like in other offices. Mrs. Vales and my wife were able to come up with some payment plan that helped us take care of our children’s braces and all. I would recommend this Doctor and this office to everyone. Come by to their office and see for yourself. And you will definitely be greeted with friendly smiles.

I’ve been going to Dr. Vales for 20 years. He’s the best dentist ever. Very friendly staff. I live in South Orange County and drive all the way to West Covina, and he’s definitely worth the drive. He’s very attentive and they work with you even without insurance. Highly recommended dentist.

Dr. Vales helped me out when my own HMO Dr wouldn’t. Him and his wife made it so I was able to pay payments and he did excellent work. I definitely recommend this Dentist to everyone. Even my parents come here. My husband and I were lucky to finally get PPO insurance and are finally part of their clients. Thank you for all you and your wife’s help Dr. Vales.
