We had a good meal. Nice new menu. Nice redo of the interior and atmosphere. Excellent service. Will return and recommend to friends.

Upon arriving, we sat at the bar where we told they were out of half the beer. After we got to our table, we had to ask for water at least 5 times to get it brought over and refilled. Took forever to get the appetizers and even longer to get the entrées. We enjoyed the chicken wings, fried pickles and pretzel for apps. As for dinner, my burger was overcooked and they forgot to put the cheese and other extras on there. They had to take it to the kitchen to add everything and brought it back with the wrong cheese. After being closed for a while, TC’s has re-opened. The menu has fewer sandwiches and more entrees. We went on a Friday night and there was no wait. Service was good. There is a good selection of craft beers. The food was good to okay(my flatbread pizza was so-so). It is a great place to bring a group of kids.

We were recommended to go here by the folks at Mt. Snow. Aware of the long wait times at most restaurants, we called ahead and were told we’d have a 20 min wait . When we got there, we were asked to wait at the bar and told it would take another 10 mins. Half an hour later we were still waiting for a table. We were finally seated after 35 mins. The restaurant is cozy and our tables had trivia cards on them. We entertained ourselves for the next hour while we waited again for our food. I don’t think we would have minded the wait had our food been passable, but the pad Thai was below average, black bean burgers dry and garlic bread that wouldn’t break unless you used two hands. The members of our group that had the flat bread pizza and wings were the only ones partially satisfied. All in all, the food was not worth the wait. I would rather drive forty mins to brattleboro and get a good meal. Two stars because the staff was friendly, and server aimed to please.

My boyfriend and I stopped in a few nights ago for dinner. It is a small place and can easily go unnoticed, but it is definitely worth it to stop in. We waited about 20 minutes for a table, but we were able to sit by the bar. The staff were very nice and our waitress was great. The menu isn’t overwhelming, but they have a decent amount of options(from chili, to burgers, to flatbreads, to beef tips and mashed potatoes). I’m not sure if this would be the best place for young kids, as it is tightly spaced inside. I ordered the chili, and my boyfriend ordered the beef tips. Everything was great! The beef tips were very tender. We plan to head back up to Mount Snow in a few weeks and will definitely be stopping back in to try the flatbreads because they looked delicious!

Review for FAMILIES specifically. Stayed at the Grand Summit this weekend and while the hotel location and other amenities are great, the restaurant situation for dinner for families is pretty awful(i.e. two options for dinner and when we checked one of them out the family leaving said they would give it a «4 out of 10» and the other was Harriman’s with a low Unilocal review and worse ambience. This was a birthday night for us and we didn’t want a «4 out of 10», so we asked the Grand Summit front desk and got a recommendation from Liz and we were VERYPLEASED that she pointed us to TC’s. WHATTOEXPECT: Basic /no frills ambiance(some Kelly Clark Olympic memorabilia) coupled with incredibly friendly staff with a «can do» attitude. You are in a very expensive /incredibly busy restaurant section(truly they can charge you whatever they want) and at TC’s we didn’t feel rushed or ripped off. We were seated not far from the entrance in a «hallway» into one of the dining rooms and I thought we were off to a rough start with this less than optimal table selection, but really that was all that I could gripe about, but I won’t! FOOD: Lots to choose from — lots on the kids menu and adults have a ton of selections as well(flatbreads, lobster mac & cheese, burgers). Great drinks — I enjoyed the Mount Snow version of a «Dark and Stormy». We had a flatbread to start, which was excellent, crispy, delicious and a decent portion. Our two kids were very happy with the kids menu grilled chicken sandwich and the hamburger, both came with amazing fries that my wife and I sampled by the mittful. My wife had the mussels which were plentiful and in delicious broth. I had the shrimp pad thai and was very happy. We split the brownie sundae for dessert and we were wishing we had ordered two — it was warm and incredible. FUN: We spent some time playing Trivial Pursuit with the cards they have on each table. Lots of fun interacting with each other. Wait staff is always smiling and checking to make sure you’re happy as well. SUMMARY: 5 stars for the Mount Snow area — there are«tourist traps» along that main drag in West Dover — TC’s is not one of them — pricing was VERY reasonable and no hidden surprises waiting for us when the bill came. The TC’s people have a sister restaurant on Block Island called Beachhead, which is also straightforward and enjoyable — these folks know how to run a great vacation spot restaurant!

Pizza was pretty good and staff extremely helpful. A little expensive for what it is, but certainly an enjoyable meal. Entres are not the best on Rt 100, but ok.

Our group of 8 adults was seated immediately on arrival, without a reservation. Service by Michelle was extremely gracious. We each had full entres, and everyone enjoyed their selections, chosen from both the menu and a substantial array of enticing specials. Highly recommended for anyone looking for casual, unpretentious, reasonably priced dining after a day on the slopes at Mount Snow.

Found Tc’s while looking for a place for lunch as we were checking out the Vermont foliage. My husband and I both ordered the New England clam chowder that was a special of the day. It was the best chowder we ever had. The clams were tender and the soup creamy. We enjoyed our lunch so much we decided to go back for dinner with friends. 2 of us had the special seafood Fra Diavolo. It was wonderfully spicy and full of seafood. It had mussels, shrimp, scallops and lobster. It was delicious! I can’t wait to go back and have another great meal. The waitress was attentive. My only complaint would be that the bar was limited in wine. We ordered a carafe and was told they had run out. They did however not charge for the small amount they had. Maybe this is due to the fact that it wasn’t ski season yet. Would recommend this restaurant and also you are able to get coupons on .

We ate at Tc’s on a Sunday evening during the ski season over a long weekend. In a nutshell: You’ll want to go again Food Preference of reviewer: Vegetarian Location : The restaurant can be accessed easily from Highway 100 and is a 10 minute drive to Snow Mountain. Ambience : The owner’s daughter, Kelly hold’s a gold medal from the 2002 Winter Olympics and understandably, most of the interior décor comprises of her medals, trophies, pictures and accomplishments. The place itself is quite small but cozy with around 10 tables and a separate bar room. You may well overhear conversations from the tables around you. That dint bother us during our visit though since pretty much everybody in the restaurant that day were watching and cheering over the football playoff game on the tv. Food : The food was good. We ordered Veg-Quesadillas and Eggplant Parmesan for entrees, both of which were delicious. The quantity was good as well. DO try their desserts. They have limited options but they’ll be the perfect finish to a sumptuous meal! LOVED their hot cinnamon cider drink ! It was the first time I ever swapped my glass of Coke for something with my husband ! Service : The service was reasonably OK. Though we dint have any issues, I couldn’t help but notice that there was some confusion at a nearby table which had a big group. Some dishes that were brought to the table were not ordered at all and had to be taken back. They had only one waiter in our wing and most of the times the owner herself would come to the table to serve the dish. But overall a pleasant experience and wouldn’t mind going back there again if ever in VT!

I came here with a bunch of friends after a long trip up from NYC hoping to find a decent meal. Unfortunately, my expectations were met with disappointment. The waitress we had complicated the simplest of orders and even asked our group to figure out payment amongst ourselves when we asked for change since we only had $ 20 bills. The food here wasn’t that great. I had tried the meatloaf sandwich and it was okay, it came on garlic bread and with a side of fries. Everything about it was meh, nothing worth paying $ 11.95 for. A bunch of my friends ordered pasta and they all complained that the sauces for their entrees were tasteless and a bit grainy, giving off somewhat of a pre-packaged texture.

I really wanted to like this place but the service was horrible. Other tables were complaining politely about the poor service too. Our waitress incorrectly took our order and we finally spoke up when the entrees arrived before the appetizers. The entrees were then placed under a heat lamp and served dry and glutinous. I really feel for the woman who came to our rescue because it was clear she was the owner. But if you can’t get it together during Xmas week when the weather is bad for skiing and the crowds are light you are in trouble.

Arriving on a late evening up to VT and searching for places to eat on limited intermittent service(Thanks AT&T), Unilocal came to the rescue! It was quite easy to find as it’s on the main road, RT100. After we got our table and sat down, the menu was quite extensive and I was wary of it. Normally places that have such a large menu, only specialize in a few items and the rest of the menu tastes like crap. However my large group of friends ordered an array of items such as burgers, surf & turf(yes with lobster), special of the day — lobster pasta, and a grilled chicken dish. I tasted the seafood because I was sure it was of the frozen variety, but to my surprise it was actually fresh lobster. And it was cooked well, not overly cooked & dried out. Everything was delicious, even the side soups and salads. This is far better than a chain restaurant such as Applebee’s or TGIF. And the local beer on tap is only $ 4 for a giant mug o beer! It’s also quite tasty, I forget what it’s called. Gold Medal or something like that? As we waited for our food to come out, it was cool to look around at all the Kelly Clark posters, pics, and newspaper articles. Her family sure is proud of her and so is the local town of Ludlow. Afterwards we took a bunch of orders of burgers to go, for the guys who decided they were too tired after the long drive. They ate everything and nothing was left, not even a fry or buffalo wing. The next morning, we considered going back for breakfast. I’m glad we found this place and we’ll sure be back when we’re in town.

Maybe the best attribute of this place is it’s quaintness. Service was mediocre, the onion soup was very good with the right amount of baked cheese. I had the delmonico steak. Don’t do it. The temperature was all wrong, the steak arrived cold. The carrots were drenched in butter, though the fries were so tasty. The ribs were cooked to perfection but a mediocre sauce which seemed a step above ketchup didn’t help the situation. To top everything else off, it wasn’t even a minute since I put my fork down when this strange man comes to clear the table and the check appeared out if nowhere. Not that I didn’t want to leave after such a horrid dining experience but I at least I wanted to finish my wine! Stick to Silo’s if you’re in the area.

Decent local place. We ate at T C’s on a Saturday night during ski season. The place was pretty crowded which we thought was a good sign and we weren’t disappointed. The menu is diverse and you should find something to please every one in your group. We had a couple picky eaters and they both easily found something they were interested in. The people in my group had pizza, steak sandwich, fried fish, and a meatball sandwich. All were decent but not exceptional. The meatball sandwich I think was the winner. The pizza was ok but it could have been better with a little more sauce and a slightly thinner crust. This isn’t gourmet dining, but it isn’t Denny’s either. The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly. I would go back again.

I didn’t think much when hearing that Kelly Clark’s(pro snowboarder and 2002 Olympic gold winner in Halfpipe) parents owned a retsaurant near Mount Snow Ski Resort in West Dover. I initially thought of it as more of a tourist trap trying to sell her fame rather than good eats. But as we drove up to the restaurant, it was very humble, and far from pretentious. Just a house along Route 100 with a small TC’s restaurant sign and a dated antique gondola from the 20th century, adjacent to a small graveled parking lot fitting 15 – 20 cars. The layout of the restaurant is quite cozy. Walking through the front door is a small waiting area with a tabletop Pacman arcade machine, an old trail map of Mount Snow, some of Kelly’s memoribilia, and the doorways to the restrooms. Just beyond is the dining room stretching to the left and right portions of the house. The 15 – 20 tables were closely situated together in the narrow layout, so that you would be almost shoulder-to-shoulder and back-to-back with your neighbor, cozy enough without being too intrusive. Tables were covered in red tablecloth, topped off with articles of Kelly Clark and trail maps from across the country, and tempered glass on top for safekeeping. Lighting was supplied by numerous mosaic lamps hanging from the ceiling. Just beyond the dining area, is a small square-shaped bar area, seating ~15 people and additional tables along the perimeter of the room. It only took us 5 – 10 minutes before our party of 7 were seated. Strewn across the walls were various Olympic memoribilia, old Burton snowboard gear, and more articles of Kelly Clark. You can also catch Kelly’s Olympic outfits framed in boxes on the wall. But enough of the ambiance, I’m sure you came here for reviews of the food. For appetizers, we ordered: — Chicken Wings with Jack Daniel’s Sauce($ 9.95) — 10 – 12 wings with blue cheese and celery. Perfectly cooked wings, crispy skin and tender meat. The Jack Daniel’s sauce was pretty tasty, similar to that of TGIF’s. — Artichoke Dip($ 8.50) — served sizzling hot with a basket of tortilla chips. The dip was a bit disappointing. The dip was simply made with the majority consisting of gooey/stringy cheese(mozzarella?), large pieces of artichoke, and butter. — Mozzarella Sticks — 6 sticks served with marinara sauce. Crisp on the outside, and gooey on the inside. Your standard-fare mozzarella stick. For my entrée, I ordered the Chicken and Sausage Chipotle Pasta($ 18.95), which includes chicken, Italian sausage, and roasted red peppers in a spicy Alfredo sauce served over penne pasta, and two pieces of Italian bread. Mmmm, just thinking about this dish is making my mouth salivate. Generous portions of al dente penne pasta, tender pieces of chicken, and tasty sausage that was well-seasoned. The Alfredo sauce, well proportioned with butter, garlic and cheese, also had subtle heat, though not overbearing, bringing the dish up one notch. Add that to the roasted red peppers which brought out a subtle sweetness, and you have a killer dish. The Italian bread, soaked in all its buttery goodness, just brought me to heaven. Yum! I also tried the Fish & Clams($ 13.50). The clam strips were tender and meaty, without just the right amount of batter. The deep-fried Icelandic haddock was filleted and brought in all its glory, no head or tail but I you can see the skin and possibly a fin. But don’t worry, the haddock was deep-fried making it crispy yet still maintaining its moistness and flakiness. Delicious!!! Also included was a bed of fries, a side of coleslaw and tartar sauce. Service was great as our waitress was friendly and attentive. Throughout our meal she came over several times to refill any drinks and clear any dishes promptly. Overall, I enjoyed TC’s quite a bit, with its cozy ambiance and delicious entrees. I’d probably skip on the appetizers as they were a bit of a letdown. Prices were slightly on the high side, but the generous portions did help to ease the wallet. Everyone seemed to have really enjoyed their dishes, and most had leftovers to go home with. TC’s is definitely a place I’d come back to time and time again. My only gripe, please add some more beers on tap(Sam Adam’s, Killian’s, and Miller Lite).

Went for dinner, I’ve had better but dining in a ski town in the summer is really limited. The burgers were good, I had 4 pieces of bacon on my burger, the prices were a little steep but it is a ski town. The coolest part is that the place is owned by the family of Kelly Clark, 2002 Gold medal snowboarder in Salt Lake City and when you walk into the restaurant her actual gold medal is front and center.
