Came in the day before New Year’s Eve and was seated almost immediately. I was treated very nicely by Lisa! She was personable and did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon for a quick pedicure while in the area and they were able to fit me in with little wait. The ladies were friendly and the service was good. I was pleased with my pedicure, it came out great and lasted well, too. Lots of current polish colors to choose from! Keep in mind, the salon is pretty basic… no frills, no spa chairs. Parking in front can be a pain.

Do not come here and see Lisa. She wears a necklace with her initials on it. You have been warned. Literally this has been the worst nail experience of my life. I have been getting gel nails done every 2 weeks at various nail salons in Los Angeles for the past 5 years. Before gel I used to get acrylic manicures for another 10 years. This the first time I have ever written a review on a nail salon. I felt mandated to report such awful technique used here. I don’t know if it is laziness or what not but this place uses the Home Depot type of drills to remove gel polish off of client’s nails. I have no issue with the use of this tool during pedicures to assist with callus removal and shaving down rough spots etc. Now to use this tool to remove gel off of fingernails… This is another story. I asked the manicurist doing my nails not to use the drill thing after my nails begun to sting but she never listened and would stop using it for a couple of minutes and go back to using it! So you would think that the nail person would understand and not use it again but she insisted on using it saying«just a little» The gel on my nails was not thick and it was obviously sanding my real nails and not only the gel!!! Then after using the power took intermittently to remove the gel polish from my nails she put gel polish on that was not mixed appropriately, old or I’m not sure what was wrong with it because it would not remain on my nails. I think she mixed it incorrectly. She then proceeded to remove the gel from my weak nails again. That’s when I just left because I was so upset I wanted to punch her in the face. So my advice to Lynn the owner… 1) Fire Lisa immediately. 2) Do not let anyone use that Home Depot tool to remove gel polish off of customers nails. 3) Coach all your nail technicians to listen to their clients. 4) Investigate how or why you hired such an inept nail technician that understands English but is unwilling to follow directions My advice for Lisa the nail technician… 1) Get a new career because your were not meant to do nails 2) Stop damaging your customers nails 3) Listen to your clients 4) Karma will get you if you don’t learn from these constructive criticisms. 5) Please look at the photos and review the damage you caused my nails
