The Great Clips app is great. It shows the closest locations and the approximate wait times. It allows you to «check in» so that when you get there, there’s virtually no waiting. The process is very transparent — there is a computer monitor with everybody in line. I get a consistently good cut here no matter the stylist. Parking can be tight at times. Convenient location next to a hotel, restaurants, retail, and Starbucks. They keep a record of the type of cut you get so that whoever the stylist is, they know what you want. Look for occasional specials.

Quick service and good customer service but other than that nothing impressing or different with this place.

By «Meh. I’ve experienced better,» it sucks even for comparable low end salons. Prolly why it was empty. I really shouldn’t have to supervise a basic trim, but I felt like I needed to because this chick was going to send me out the door without trimming my top layers in the back, or at all in the front. Then, when I asked her to fix the face layers she only did one half, and seem irritated when I asked her to make the other end even so I wouldn’t have one side blunt and the other over-grown. I gave it two stars because I really have experienced worse, and they took me in for a trim before an important and unexpected event, so I appreciate that. In any other circumstance, I would have gone to better salon.
