This is a private restaurant. You have to contact a member in order to be invited but it is well worth it and all the members are very friendly. This place is amazing! The owner/chef personally goes to Texas and hunts these hogs. He applies a variety of flavors and is always mixing it up. He’s working on fine tuning the smoking process to get the perfect balance of moisture and smoke flavor throughout. We are all looking forward to the final result. I’m hoping for the sake of the Portland pork lovers he opens a public restaurant soon. I would definitely keep an eye out as I’m sure he will keep it word of mouth. For those of us lucky enough to eat here, thank you Mr. Munson for the most authentic from earth to plate experience anyone can have!
