Buffalo Wild Wings

I’ve been to this location a few times. The food is usually pretty good and the service is pretty hit or miss. The food today though was not good. The wings came out drenched in so much sauce they were inedible, plus they were cold. When I told the waitress they were cold they brought out more wings, with even more sauce, and they were still cold. We are not usually ones to complain but the food was bad enough that it was not going to get eaten so we decided to say something to the waitress, who then brought over the manager. They did take the wings off of our ticket when we decided we didn’t want them to try remaking them about but the manager was so rude and even walked away from the table while we were still talking to him. We do not plan on ever going back to this location

Great drinks and great service from the bartender Mandi at least I’ve come back a few times and she makes my drinks perfect every time. Dana the server is also phenomenal. Thankyou very much if you go in ask for those two or Chelsea they are all good

We’re traveling here from the New Orleans area. This is by far the best bdubs we’ve been to in 3 years! Service awesome! And everything was so clean! If we’re in town again will def come back!

Went on a Sunday and some great wings and watched ever televised fb game on. Great service. Had a great town. Even dranked a good cold beer.

It was a meh. I have been to better Buffalo Wild Wings then this disappointing one. I did take out during the happy hours time, and in doing so, I learned they don’t have any food discounts during this time like the rest of their restaurants do. Just discount on liquor. It was almost a deal breaker.

The food is okay and the atmosphere is what you would be looking for in this type restaurant. The service is usually friendly and quick. The parking is in a lot with other stores who share so it can sometimes be a little difficult. In general the establishment is clean and efficient

Worst B-​Dubs in 4 states I’ve lived. Went there for lunch hardly anybody in the place (probably not a good sign) sat 20 min with family and no staff approached for drinks even. So we left and shall not return again.

This was a great experience! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding! Our server, Kaitlyn, took care of us from the moment we showed up til we left! Could not ask for better!

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite places to eat, but this one has by far the worst service possible. You see the waitress when she takes your order, someone else brings your food, and then you see her again when you get the check. Anything in between is rare. It’s been this way the last four or five times I’ve been there.

I’ve only been here for lunch, so my review is based on that. A lot of the time I get stuff to go. Even when I order there it takes 10 – 15 minutes tops to get the to-​go order. Friendly staff remembers my order and what I want (used to go every Thursday). Wings are good. Only complaint is they can be under sauced on occasion. Lots of TV’s with variety of sports, some of sports décor is aged

5 stars for my purposes.
Great stop on road trip for healthy (well, not gut busting) fast food option: naked chicken strips! Cold A/​C, clean bathrooms and dining are & fast, friendly to go service.

I called to confirm the floyd maidana fight a week in advanced, showed up with a big group and was told they decided not to show the fight the day before. Im outraged, we planned our whole day around the final fight. We will never plan anything with buffalo again

B-​Dubs, this is a great place to come and watch the game while you eat, or watch a fight on the big screen tv’s. They have great wings, inside and outside tables, and a large bar too. I like playing the trivia game with my friends, using the electronic game board they give out upon request..

I like most BWWs. Lots of TV’s and a good beer selection. Nothing fancy food wise, but if that’s what your looking for what are you doing at a wing place? This place was dead when I went. I passed four employees when I walked in. None of them offered to help me or ask how many in my party. Not that big a deal, I usually sit at the bar as I travel for work and would have answered that I would sit at the bar. There was only one other person at the bar. The bartender asked what I would like to drink without introducing herself. I saw her a grand total of three times while dining. When I sat and ordered, when the food came, and when I paid. For a place that promotes sports on at all times, everyone in this location was watching wrestling on the main TVs and speaker system.
All in all, I’d pass on this one and try Outback or Logan’s each are on opposing sides of the BWW.

Seriously, it plays with my emotions.
I have been to BWWs in other cities across Texas and Oklahoma and this one, in West Monroe, by far, has the most bipolar service.
It has all the best things of a BWW. Awesome food. TVs everywhere. Good beers.
But the service is the part where IT ALL GOES TO POT.
There have been times where it’s taken nearly an hour and a half to get food or even a single drink! Then sometimes, they’ll even get the order wrong and still bring it back wrong after I politely clarify for them.
One time, the waiter got it wrong so much that a manager took my order… and even he brought it to me wrong.
That was months ago.
However, I was there in just the last week, and the service went off without a hitch!
WHY DO YOU PLAY THIS GAME WITH ME, WEST MONROE BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!! CAN’T YOU SEE I JUST WANT TO LOVE YOU!!!

Great place. Prices are on the high side.
