Hooters

This is conveniently located to several hotels and is located on a road with many eating establishments. It is in need of renovations and is showing its age. Even the sigh had more letters burned out than operational

I have five teenagers and ever since they were toddlers have picked Hooters for their birthday dinners. I love the loaded tater tots and the boys love the wings! I continued the tradition of first hooters tshirts with my niece’s son also.

Ok. Place is in a horrible location. But I will cut them a little slack. I have never eaten here. Never will. I eat healthy. But the place need a good scrubbing and that an understatement. I have been in way better hooters and way better sports bars. Frankly hooters is outdated. Twin peaks I love. Hooters should in my opinion totally revamp their look. But I’m just some dude. Actually a smart educated dude but I digress. Overall some I like this place as my last stop in Monroe. Before I go home. Never the first. And clean the kitchen.

Worst hooters ever. Our server brought us dishes with old ketchup on it and the food was cold.

Cool environment, VERY SMALL. The girls are sweet, the food is good. I usually sit at the bar, they need an exterminator, they have a fly problem. other than that, the food is good and the beer is cold!!!

My last visit here was nothing out of the ordinary but what made it memorable was our server’s attentiveness and friendly attitude throughout the evening. I think this may have been the best service I’ve gotten here despite my countless past visits. I am giving three stars solely based on our sweetheart waitress going above and beyond. Foodwise, it sadly gets two stars.
The fried pickles are still solid and the seasoned breading is what makes you keep reaching for more. The wings were ok. As for the sliders, I guess the kitchen ran out of mini burger patties and ended up dividing a normal patty into 4 quarters for each slider. Of course the presentation was below average due to a lack of aesthetics– it looked haphazardly thrown together with the uneven, divided pieces of burger patty. (At least a normal sized bun was not cut into quarters. They had mini buns available). The first batch of fries was partially burnt and hard, and then we were told one of the fryers was down. Perhaps the fries turned out poor because they were using an old batch of oil. We brought this to our waitress’ attention and the second batch of fries was only slightly more appealing than the first.
The highlight of our meal was the chocolate mousse cake dessert. After one bite, I could not resist from
devouring the rest of the cake. The mousse was very rich and sweet, and the cake was moist and soft. Vanilla bean ice cream would have complemented this cake well, but alas there was no ice cream accompaniment.
I was really disappointed with the food we received on this visit but the great service made me look past the shortcomings. Maybe they were just having an off day in the kitchen due to equipment failure. I will probably give it some time before I come back again.

The easiest way to get good service is sit at the bar. I have always sat at the bar when visiting this hooters. The girls behind the bar is really sweet and attentive. During my recent visits I had the fried pickles, cob salad and buffalo shrimp. All of these were really good. Hooters has one of the best cob salads I’ve had. The size varies at different locations. I love the fried pickles and they are always perfectly battered.

if I could give a ZERO star for this Hooters it would be Well deserved. when arrived we Were greeted by a smiling face that sat us. I went to the restroom n Richard was going to order our drinks. when I came back she wanted my I d. I showed her n she had n attitude… right off the bat. mind y’all I had drove an hour And a half to get me some oysters. I had called earlier in the day to make sure they had some n was assured they did. she comes back with my beer… not a smile in sight. Richard tells her we need two dozen oysters. she snaps out WE R OUT OF CRACKERS. I was like… gez. What’s her problem? anyways… Richard says… where the nearest store… I will go get some n we will come back. she just stares with this disgusted look n totally ignores his question. OMG. I couldn’t believe it! needless to say… miss Anna got one penny tip on a six dollar beer tab. we left.

Strolled into this location after a long drive from Dallas. Not very busy. We were told to seat ourselves and that somebody would be with us shorty. After about 15 minutes we still had no service so I sought out the manager who took our order. Food took a while– waitresses didn’t come by except to give us checks. Complete lack of service. Go somewhere else.

The service was more than lacking and the cooks was extremely rude and foul mouthed. Needless to say I didn’t stay to eat. Very very rude service. Would not suggest. I’m from the south, just 900 miles from here but there was definitely no southern hospitality at this place.

Average, but acceptable. This location doesn’t really stand out from others, but gets the job done as expected. Service was timely and courteous. Food was hot. My only complaint would be that the TVs are positioned in a manner that can offer some odd sight lines when watching sports.

the A/​C was out and from what i overheard it had been out for a while. The manager apologized but maybe they should have closed until it is fixed … waitress was nice and always asking if i needed anything.

Yay… Random fried pickles in my chicken wings. Lord knows how long those pickles had been in there. This place sucked. Must be a reason they are at the end of the road in there location. The bartender was nice, talkative to an extent. Usually you cant keep the Hooters Girls away from you, but not here, as dead as it was they decided to keep to themselves at the end of the bar. No big deal, I don’t go for the tits, most lack some anyways. For being dead/​steady in there, noone tried keeping to kitchen area clean. This was my first sitting at the bar and getting a ring side seat, it really sealed the deal on never going back to another Hooters
I stopped in only cause I stayed the night during a road trip north. BWW was crowded and I didn’t want to drive all over for the usual. Disappointed to say the least and I definitely left feedback on the website they give you on the receipt.

Nice, friendly staff that behave more like waitresses than strippers looking for a tip. Maybe it’s just how southern women are.
Food came out fast.
