My office ordered lunch from this place and they actually had the nerve to put shrimp, French fries and salad in the same container. When called to complain the food was not edible we were told we needed to ask to have it packaged separately. They would not replace the French fries or salad. Talk about poor quality control. In the past when we tried to order the fryer was broken or they didn’t have vegetables. We won’t be ordering from this place again.

Well I didn’t want to travel too far for dinner tonight and looked to see what was local. I read a Unilocal review about how there garlic shrimp was amazing I just had to turn it myself. Portion size for $ 9 wasn’t bad. I also ordered a chicken & beef rib combo in which consisted of Chicken, beef, rice and black beans. Very tasty. Good food for decent prices.

Pepe’s has the best customer service. For only nine bucks I got a full five course meal with tons of shrimp and tons of pasta the taste was amazing. The people here are very friendly. I was shocked by the amount of food that I received for the price that I paid. This kind of meal in another restaurant would cost me well over 20 bucks. Thank you pepe’s for being right down the street from my house I will be back.

Unless you are in the mood for a poor quality cut of meat with lots of gristle and fat, then stay away. The pork ribs were charred with more slimy fat than meat. The beef rib was overcooked, dry, and mostly bone. The rice and beans were mediocre at best. I will give it to them for their tangy green sauce though. It had a unique flavor that was effective at covering up the crappy meat.

Good food, prices aren’t expensive, and good service. Their arroz chaufa is excellent. Anybody in the area should check this place out.

The food is sub par and wouldn’t recommend it for people who are craving a little BBQ. Whatever meat you order, whether it’s chicken, pork or beef, it all tastes the same: Charred BBQ. I do however love the special green sauce. It has a tangy, sour taste, with just enough spice to it. The food could definitely be better.

Probably one of the best places to get that Peruvian-Asian cuisine that restaurants seem to have a difficult time getting right. The servings were very generous. The chorizo appetizer was spot-on. Service was great. It’s a tiny place. But that will keep the Gucci crowd away, giving the place great charm.
