This was my first and and last visit to this laundry mat. I had higher expectation because of it being in Westborough. The web site only shows you the one picture that is updated in the pace. The floors are all scratched up when you walk in. As you walk by the first row of washers which are back to to back. In between them its all the tubing and everything its just looks so messy. There was about 3 to 4 small folding tables and a few metal carts. There was a TV but that was off and they did have a new vending machine. A waiting area with magazines and a few chairs outside also. Don’t go at a busy time like I did on a Sunday afternoon.
There is no parking in front of the entrance. It’s on a minor hill so as some people were doing even though it says fire lane– is to back up near the door and unload.

First few visits for dress shirts and pants were fine. Today we picked up five dress shirts that were unacceptable. Short sleeve dress shirt sleeves were not even pressed. One long sleeve shirt had a matted clump of starch under the arm pit. Under duress they re-​did the shirts, but offered no apology or discount. The (apparent) owner ignored the situation and moved on to the next customer. Real smooth. Clearly time to move on. Beware!
