Delivered to my hotel… was just what I was hoping for. crust was just right and delivery was really quick. Compared to another place I’ve tried, this one wins hands down!

This place is just OK. There pizza is ok but there lobster roll which is almost 11+$ is just pathetic, very small, it even smells bad, not sure if I just got a bad one but I didnt even bother going back since the service is just poor.
2 stars for the pizza though.

I come here sometimes and order a slice, or some buffalo wings or bread sticks. The food is not bad. They just need to update the interior of the restaurant to 21st century.

We have been here a couple of times for lunch. Each time we’ve visited, it’s been fairly busy. In spite of this, the line move quickly and our food has always been hot. The food is always consistent, especially for a chain.

Absolutely AWFUL cold food, wrong order and the price wasn’t close to what I was told. Of course the charming «shift manager» just shrugged and said, «I guess it was a mistake» and did nothing else.
Also, while this isn’t Papa Gino’s fault they have the misfortune of being in Westborough, who has decided to round up the meals tax to 7% therefore I shall not visit again here or any other Westborough eatery

I like this place and would give it 5 stars if their were at least one healthy option.
But I do love Papa Gino’s Pizza. My family is from Westborough so I am there often. I could be mistaken but I do believe that this is the only pizza shop in-​town that offers delivery. Amazing.
