Quickie Review: A ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ experience where even when they’re not very busy the service can be kind of slow.
With them being the only Wendy’s in Westfield right now I wish that they focused a little more on customer service to entice people to come back more. The food has been consistent with typical Wendy’s traditions except with a few of the orders I’ve had the fries have not been as fresh as they could be. It’d also be nice if they kept it a little cleaner.

Like Wendy’s in general but last Sunday we stopped at this one for a late lunch. Big mistake. The place was filthy — crushed food on the ground, dirty utensils on the seats, sticky tables. The food was ok but everywhere we looked there were signs of neglect.
There are too many other places close by for us to go back.

I’ve always enjoyed Wendy’s cheeseburgers and spicy chicken sandwiches every now and then and decided to grab a late dinner at this location at about 10:30 last night.
The food was as good as always… tasty and satisfying, but not the kind of stuff that people my age should be eating all of the time.
It was odd seeing the place completely dark when I showed up (even though the closing time of this location was listed as midnight online), but when I drove up to the window, I was waited on immediately and was on my way with dinner in under five minutes. Service was pretty friendly, too.

Great deal on kids meals. After 4 they are 1.99. You need to ask fot it as some of the teen workers might not give it to you. The manager Harrison will take care of things. Food was fresh and hot. And the place was clean neat. Great place for family or meetings.

I wrote another comment that was lost. Tonight I had the best double cheese fully dressed hamburger I have had in years. The French fries were the best too. My wife and I were really satisfied for $ 12.93.I think the fully dressed helps a lot.
