Dr Kerner is a excellent doctor his entire staff as well as himself are very caring, very patient and Dr. Kerner has a wonderful bedside manner, pays great attention to detail… instantly puts a patient at ease and is very conscientious, a great listener and provides wonderful results. I am somewhat of a difficult patient and I cannot give him a higher rating he is fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone. Beautiful results and a very competitive price and he exhibits great expertise. Always willing to be accommodating with coupons and special rates but never compromising the perfectionism that results in natural yet perfect results.

He really screwed me today and here’s why.
I went to his Westlake office to get a botox TOUCH UP — because the botox he gave me 7 days proceeding DID NOT TAKE at the corrogator and the 11’s were still present. (44 mile RT) .The front office clerk informed me of a coupon I could use towards my botox cost, and I said, I will NOT be needing it since this is a FREE TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT, (made through their Northridge office) and she said OK. AT THAT TIME IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES OR DISCREPANCIES ABOUT COSTS OR SERVICES IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED.
Most doctors, when the botox does not take, here will give you a free touch up – a few units to rectify the problem, and in the past Kerner has done this. Many doctors even advertise this.
While I was waiting, I decided why not get some Juevaderm Filler ($ 499) since I had made the long trek for the TOUCH UP. So, Kerner came in, I told him the botox didn’t take and the 11’s were still there reminding him that I had been in last week, (making sure we were on the same page that it is NOT a new treatment) and confirmed the price on what he would be charging me for Juevaderm. All good so far… UNTIL I got to the front desk and found he apparently LOADED my forehead with 20 more units of botox (or 220 bucks) — didn’t due a FREE TOUCH UP as discussed rather a partial treatment— so in total that makes 60! units of botox for my forehead counting today’s treatment and the one from last week; usually I take 40. OVERKILL. I told his front office person to talk to him about what just happened, and she came back and said he would give me a dollar off per unit on the botox (20 bucks), REALLY??? I paid the 700 dollar bill and left, and said I would not be back. I have had other friends who I’ve referred in the past who have dumped Kerner. I have given him the benefit of the doubt, but no more. I will not be using him again.

Kirstie is amazing. After a long day at work I headed over for my facial. She has extended hours which works perfect for those that have a 9 – 5. My facial was great. I was so relaxed. Also she is very knowledgeable about what my skin needed. My face looks and feels so good. I definitely put my skin care needs in her hands!!!

This office is amazing! Kirstie did my vela shape treatments for several months. She’s very professional, thorough and a sweetheart! She always made me feel comfortable and although I don’t live in the area… it was definitely worth it! I recommend this office to anyone!

Kirstie the esthetician has done many purity peels and microdermabrasion’s on me which are great at controlling my oily skin. I always leave dermatique feeling amazing and relaxed with really clean skin. I can’t wait to do a keep clear facial with her soon. She’s really helped my acne clear up. I really enjoy getting my facials done by Kirstie, the Esthetician. She is a professional and shows that she cares about you. She really knows what she’s doing. Kirstie Reese the Esthetician has done several facials and peels for me over the last couple years and the results are simply Amazing. Kirstie is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable.

I have been seeing Dr. Kerner for about 3 years for Botox and fillers. He is amazing. He will not let you walk out of the office looking unnatural. If you want to look «made over» or fake go to another doctor. The office staff will make sure you get all available specials and discounts. My face looks young and fresh at 54 without surgery. He uses best products which sometimes lasts over a year. My only complaint is the staff does NOT try to sell other services that might interest me. Doctor and staff are FIVE STARS all the way!

After finding that Dr Kerner accepted my insurance, I decided to visit his office. Cindy helped me with everything I needed. Talk about a helpful person. She answered every question and if she needed to find anything out would call me back very quickly.
I arrived and was seen right in time. The office is clean and newly built, with wood finishes, granite and new equipment. Very upscale and fitting for a medical facility.
Dr Kerner was very informative and answered my questions, helping with anything I asked and filling me in on symptoms and also dietary and other steps I could take. He had me take home literature and the pain in my kneck/​throat is starting to feel better after 3 years.
I would highly recommend!

I have been getting Botox for a while and Dr. Kerner was the best experience I have ever had. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I had such an easy time making my appointment, they were very accommodating. I look forward to many more visits. Thanks Dr. Kerner and staff.

I will give one star for the friendly staff, but would never go back for botox. Dr Kerner was so rough & fast. I was bruised for 2 weeks & have never bruised from botox prior to this. It’s not worth the discount, in my opinion. ‘KW’ is not my full name, obviously, so you will understand the comment below from the office.

Dermatique Medical Center is a wonderful place to get Botox. The doctor is Marc Kerner and he is one of the first doctors to do Botox when it was first approved. They offer lots of services to help you look better and feel great
