Bath & Body Works

I used to work here a year ago but before that I shopped here quite often. So my review is before I was an employee here from 2013 to 2014. I met the manager Jessica during a couple of my shopping trips. She was very helpful since I was looking for something that was no longer available. She quickly found me a replacement. Jessica acted very professional and was very attentive to my needs. Interested in working with her and her amazing and hardworking staff, I asked for an application. I would totally recommend all shoppers to shop here or the HB location where Marci works. I also worked with Marci and she is also great. Both gals will guide you as a shopper is every way you need help with a smile on their face. I got hired 6 months later

Small store but had enough selection for me. I was looking to purchase shower gel and they had a sale going on.
The store attendants are friendly, informative, and just a tad pushy. The store was clean and not overly crowded.

I’ve came into this B&BW a few times before and I’ve left satisfied, but yesterday was my BEST experience!
So I came in to do some reeeeaaaally last minute shopping for my mom’s birthday, and thankfully Katelyn was there to help me out! She was very thorough in her explanations of their products both new and old, and let me know what lotions and body washes my mom would probably like the most. Fortunately, my mom loved everything!
Not only that, but she was kind enough to wrap my mom’s gift together to make it look nice!
All in all, this is a very good B&BW store to go to with plenty of options to choose from despite it not being one of the bigger stores. And what it lacks in size, it definitely makes up for it in customer service

I love their candles, soaps, lotions and body wash. I love that they have a sink with their hand soaps so you can try them out! Their candles can be expensive but often times you can find a deal on them. They are very strict about their coupons. Only accept from facebook, retail me not, or coupons they give you from purchasing their products however I usually end up losing those coupons. There was this person that was so nice sadly I can’t remember her name because it was a while ago but she helped me pick out and suggested a couple of candles based on what scents I liked.
Their return policy is amazing! They want the customer to be satisfied, and one of the employees told me that if I didn’t like the scent of something I had anymore from them they could exchange it for me!
I definitely suggest going during the semi annual sale (happening right now) to get one of the best deals of the year. (A lot of their stuff is greatly discounted)

The customer service I received here from Jessica was excellent. I was really confused about some products but she really went above and beyond to help me!

It is definitely not the to-​go Bath & Body Works to go if you’re looking to buy some stuff. Unfortunately, the store itself is small and is usually bombarded by women with baby strollers and little children. The employees are very persistent in getting you to purchase their products, too.

Blech! The next time I’m feeling extra lazy to drive down to the Block or SCP for a B&BW store, I’ll remember that this location blows!
REALLY STUPID layout. IMPOSSIBLE to manuever around in, especially with the inundation of overweight people that are typically found in Westminster Mall, added to the fact that they all have children and/​or baby strollers. This store needs a floorplan remodel, ASAP. but it’s probably not worth it considering it’s just Westminster Mall, why bother, right?
