1 star because it is very slow and not good with service. Even if we have an appointment, they WON’T let you in right away. Takes 2 or 3 hours! When I sign/walk in, they will tell you that they only let people with appointment until the people with the appointment are done or canceled. It’s really stupid, I mean what if the person is VERY sick and they can’t let them? Also I waited 9 am until to 4 pm ! I am still waiting! Don’t come here.

I gave Dr. Nguyen Duc Vuong a 1STAR for being a medical doctor as well as a psychiatrist. My visit to his office was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I also think that he is very unprofessional as a medical doctor to engage in conversations with his patient about his colleague’s personal life in a very negative ways. He is very judgmental, impatient and unwilling to listen to the patient’s concerns. There are only a handful of Vietnamese psychiatrists in Orange County and I was very disappointed of his demeanor and services. This was my first and last visit to his office. I hope other patients have a better experience than mine.

Dr. Vuong is a really nice, caring doctor, who is very friendly, fluent in English and open to answer any questions you have regarding anything. I actually used to enjoy going to the doctors because we would have motivating conversations about med/nursing school.(He started his career as an engineer only to go back to school and become a doctor) Don’t get me wrong, Dr. Vuong is a great doctor, but like they say«you’re only as great as your weakest member,» and in Dr. Vuong’s case, he’s only as great as his weak staff… it’s just unfortunate that the pitfall of his practice lays in the hands of such douches. Trying to get a doctor’s appointment, you’ll be subject to 2 things: 1)dealing with a bitch, aka Vanessa, who acts as if she owns the place, when in reality, she’s JUST a secretary(and a bad one at that) and 2) being given a faulty appointment time(by the horrible staff) just to show up and find out that you’re gonna wait over an hr to see the doctor. I’ve been going to this doctor for some time now, and it wasn’t until recently over the past year(with his new staff) that things have gotten incredibly bad. Let me tell you about my last two appointments… –I paid a $ 15 co-pay just to sit in a room for 1.5 hrs watching herds of people who had come in after me, start trickling out because they somehow got to see the doctor first.(It wasn’t until nearly 2 hrs later when i walked out, that the staff told me the doctor was finally«ready» to see me) –After going to the ER for a kidney infection, i was«suppose» to schedule a follow-up with my Doctor 3 days after my visit, only to find out that they’d be closed for the next 4 days. –Calling for an appointment following my ER visit was a pain in the ass. Ms. «I think i own the place» gives us attitude and snappy remarks. NOTE: When making an appointment, you’ll be making an appointment WITH Vanessa, not with the Doctor. Appointments are made only if its convenient for her. –When the ER faxed my CT scan and labs to the office, they lost my paperwork. Dr. Vuong, I don’t have to be a doctor or a genius to know that your office staff totally sucks at their job. Customer service is clearly not a priority here unless you’re going for a DICKS type of vibe where the staff is encouraged to be a «dick». You’re a good man, but seriously, your staff is really hurting your clientele. Word of advice: Leave the hiring to your wife… women have great intuition about people who are«Vanessa-like.» We can sniff bitches from a mile away…
