–when I checked in, she said she didn’t think she could get one stain out or remove body odor(when other places have in the past with no problem) –after I checked in my clothes my receipt said 6 $ –upon picking up – she was unable to get stain out which is fine, luckily was able to take odor out. But the press machine broke and was unable to press/iron. I absolutely needed it for that day for an event. Her solution was 10% off which felt unfair since that was half the job and now I need to iron –after she rung me up my total doubled and her reason was the machine messed up when she had initially given me the stub –about 70% of time a tiny dog was barking which made it hard to communicate. Overall, The place seemed organized and clean. I am sure she means well and probably do better business but this was my first time and I rather go to other places.

Customer service is subpar. Would it kill someone to at least acknowledge the business people give? I don’t think so. I felt like a burden rather than a boost to their business. The woman at the counter could barely acknowledge my presence. First and last time using White Glove Cleaners.
