Cinnabons are always hot, fresh and delicious. The staff is a pleasure! Can’t go to the Galleria without getting one… or two! It’s true, Life needs frosting!

This place is delicious. The cinnamon buns are served pipin’ hot, and the staff is always friendly. It is a bit expensive though, but I guess that is good because if it were cheaper I’d probably go too often and gain a lot of weight.

The ONLY reason I’ll step foot into the Galleria, other than to go to Vans store for my kid… I’m addicted to those warm, sweet, gooey, delectable pieces of edible heaven on earth. All the ladies have been super friendly, but I happen to love Nina. Complete sweetheart. Sooooooo polite. Wish he had a job at a restaurant where she could make more money. If I had a Spanish speaking business I would hire her in an instant. You hear me, corporate Cinnabon? Give her a raise and great benefits before someone takes this awesome asset from you. She’s great. One star less, because, well– The Galleria. Strategic marketing location for you. I can’t stand this mall, so womp womp wooooomp for me.

Have you ever walked by someone or something and just stopped in your tracks? Yea well it happened to me here. I walked in and bought a Minibon 9-pack (for family and I later of course) and one classic Cinnabon to share with my fiancé right at that moment. It was such a nice experience visiting this store. The employee who assisted me, Nina (as states on receipt) was welcoming and was able to answer my questions and give me a great product with the proper instructions to keep my order fresh! The store was super clean and the cinnabons were amazing. Loved my experience it made my pregnancy complete finally getting my craving satisfied !

My guilty pleasure… Caramel Pecanbun… I drive all the way to the white plains location because the food is fresh and has great service. P. S the one at Cross County is terrible!
