I ordered two pairs of glasses from LensCrafters at the Galleria. One pair was delivered on time. They said there had been a problem with the second pair and that it would be re-made. I went back three times over the next week. Every time, they had a new excuse. Last night I spoke with the General Manager who assured me my glasses would be ready tonight. When I went into the store tonight, someone actually looked for my order and found it sitting, unmade, in the lab. At that point, she said they could have them ready in an hour and a half. I told them to forget it and demanded a refund. This is a poorly managed location with employees who don’t care about customer service in the least. There are plenty of other opticians around, I’ll be using someone else in the future.

If there was a zero star feature I’d use that for this review. Do not come to this location. Worst service in my ten year history with this chain. Why let people make an appointment not to let walk ins take your spot? No one hear has a clue what to do. I came here a few months ago to get prescription sunglasses. They smeared the ray ban logo on thought it was okay to let me walk out the door. Then they realized how ugly it was and fixed it-three hours later. My fault for coming back to this location simply because it’s near my home. Stay awaaaaaaaay!
