Great customer service at this location. They train their staff very well. Be sure to make an appointment on their website first, though!

I went to this place to find a sd card upgrade, have my data transfered and buy a case. I walked in and went straight to the front desk. I am used to waiting so I stood there for about 5 minutes without any help. I kept trying to find a way to get their attention but nothing happened. There was a sad customer to employee ratio but still I did not get any help. After about 8 minutes of no one talking to me despite pulling out a debit card and pulling out cash, I gave up. I yelled put screw this and went to best buy where I was helped from the second I walked in the door(whicj was very unexpected) and made my purchase there. Despite having been a customrr for 11 years and also being a customer of their uverse service I was highly disappointed by these people. I don’t blame the company because I always get great customer service but this store is the exception. If you can find another place that has what you need run to it. The employees here have no idea what great customer service is. Call in to customer service or go to another store but don’t give them your money. As a former at&t rep I can tell you they are not the ones to deal with.
