While I am over all unsatisfied with T-​Mobile as a whole, this store in particular was a good experience. The guy who helped me at the counter this particular day was actually legitimately friendly and helpful. I’m used to getting these obnoxious over the top go-​getter sales people that drive me nuts and try to get me to buy the latest, hottest top notch phone when all I want to do is pay my bill and leave. This experience made me almost reconsider my general feelings. Key word: almost.
