I am very pleased with the service I received today at this location through Chad! Couldn’t think of a better person to have encountered for this experience. The last time I met him, he walked my family through the different types of mattresses available based on our preference. And today, I came back to pick one up. And the best part, he did EVERYTHING possible, in order to help me save money — which I am in dire need right now with a newborn in our family. :) Mattress Firm’s lowest price guarantee is incredible, but how Chad made it happen was even better. Also, thanks to Kyle for his help as well. I would definitely recommend Chad and Kyle for your mattress buying needs. Not only that, they made it very clear how important a mattress protector was, especially with kids– and I couldn’t help but get one to accompany my mattress set! Thank you so much!

My husband and I came into your store looking for a new bed. We are a military family after our last move. Our bed broke due to the movers. King went above and beyond to help us get the bed to help my husband and I who is a retired Veteran. He also got it delivered and our old bed removed which made us very happy to get it removed. Thank you so much King for your help. We are very happy with our new bed and sleeping much better.
