We placed an order over the phone & gave a credit card. When the driver showed up he asked for cash. I told him I had paid with a card over the phone, he called the store & handed me his phone to speak with a woman with the world’s worst customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue, she was obsessed with arguing over whether or not the person who took the order originally was a female. WHO CARES WHO TOOK THE ORDER. President Obama himself could have taken the order, all I cared about was making sure the card was not double charged. While crazy pants on the phone was babbling about someone being a female, the deliver driver got what I was saying & returned from his car with a receipt… Surprise! Not only did they not process the credit card payment at the time it was given, they wrote the credit card number down on the back of the receipt which the delivery driver had in his car. At no point in time should anyone in a restaurant ever write down your credit card number and take it with them. EVER. NEVER EVER. NEVER. I’ll never order from this store again. Not because the lady I talked to was bat$#%@ insane, but because their practice of writing down random people’s card #s and taking them with them will eventually lead to someone’s card being compromised. Steamed dumplings are not worth the headache.
