Extremely poor projection — hot spot in center of the screen; vignette at the sides, low resolution — saw the Bond film, Spectre. What a mistake! It looked like an old film print from the 1970s. It was theater # 5 Never again…

I was hoping this movie theater would be better than the one at the mall because it’s new but they are clueless as to what people want which is fresh popcorn. They pop tons of it ahead of time, put it in shelves, and let it sit to get stale. When you’re paying $ 17 for one popcorn one soda and two candies, you want fresh popcorn. With some of the movie screens being very small and not full-size I can’t give this a very high rating

I went here in December with another person. I found the theatre to be clen and well maintained. We sat for a movie that was a little over 3 hours long and were very comfortable in the seats. The one issue we had is the parking… there’s not much of it so we ended up parking quite a ways away and walking to and from. Also a medium popcorn and large drink cost about as much as two movie tickets. Other than that I would certainly go here again.

Went to see Harry Potter tonight at the Cinema Center of Williamsport, everything was okay until the film broke down in the last minutes of the movie, we waited for someone to tell us what happened, when the manager came, he told us that was the end of the movie and that he was not going to refund or give us new tickets, I am really upset with this situation, the manager did not know how to handle this issue, he try to tell us that was the end of the movie when it wasn’t, even if it was, i wanted to see it with my own eyes! he is a total asshole, he even told this guy he was going to call the police when the guy try to get a ticket so we can all finish the movie. This place needs to a change of management, first and last time i spend my money there.

This is a nice multiplex theater, I’ve never really had much problems with it other than the seats and that the movie times generally don’t match up with my plans. The seats might be comfortable for some people, but at least for me, they suck. They can lean back, but because of how they’re constructed(I assume) it’s really hard to lean back comfortably. The ability to lean just mostly becomes annoying. My biggest problems with the seats though, is that the arms are rigid, they can’t move. The only exception are around 3 seats per screen in the handicap section. However this causes more problems, first off even though I’m fat, I’m not handicap and I a lot of times feel awkward sitting in that section. Even worse, the seats with a moveable arm weren’t meant to have a moveable arm. Essentially some handyman modified the existing seat, so there are a lot of hard plastic sharp edges poking into your side when the arm is up. Consequentially, I prefer to frequent the Great Escape Theater at the mall instead of the Cinema Center. There’s nothing horrible here, but for me I’m just not comfortable watching a long movie here.
