Cosmetic Laser Solutions MedSpa – Massachusetts

I went here with a groupon for a tattoo removal session. It was horrible. I had to tell the lady to put on gloves. She did, but only after telling me the laser wouldn’t break the skin so it wasn’t necessary.
Then she removed the sterilized laser head from a sterile bag, and immediately puts it down on the non-​sterile counter. I reminded her that it wasn’t sterile, but she responded «it’s clean though.» I had to ask her to wipe it with alcohol.
Then she applies the laser, the very first shot broke the skin (like she said it wouldn’t) and started to bleed. She turns down the power and continues. It seems like you should start low and work your way up, not vice versa. Basic stuff.
Lots of blistering & bleeding.
Overall: not clean, not knowledgeable, not recommended.
