I’m not sure what I was expecting when I stopped with some co-workers, but I didnt think it was going to be this. This place is more like a roadhouse that serves food. I liked the drink I had, and my co-workers seemed to have fun with the live music.

Been coming here for 30 years… not the same place it used to be. I wouldn’t be posting but sick and tired of being ignored yet again. I come in and wait to get served or acknowledged that I maybe want a beer. Waiting… 2 guys come in and sit next to me… she turns and asks them what they would like… that’s it!!! I guess you just need a penis to be served!!! Like 5 times now! My money is just as green!!! 1 star because I had too should be 0…

Just got a reply from Rob, wish I could have replied back to him, so I adding a new post. Rob, the reason I don’t think the Inn is all that great are for the reasons you gave. All I heard was there is a lack of guys for the girls to dance with, try having better dance music instead all the Line Dance Queens music, try having a band that plays and NOT dictates. The Inn really has great potential, too bad others don’t voice their opinions

This is my stopping place every time I head out to Palm Springs with friends. I’m never here during peak hours but I always get great service, decent prices and pretty good bar food. Too bad I didn’t know about this place when I lived a few miles away. The dance/band area is HUGE. I can totally see myself back in those days dancing it up with a fun crowd.

It’s a local watering hole. Gave this bar a 3 star not for atmosphere, kind of old and ran down a bit, but for the service, it was great, food and drinks was good and priced accordingly for the area.

I am new to the area and I was looking for a place to go dancing. I found the Winchester Inn on Unilocal and was a little apprehensive about going because some of the reviews. But I decided to check it out anyway and took some pictures. Being a veteran that has danced at a lot of decent clubs I can tell you right now this place is not a hole in the wall. It has a decent size dance floor comparable to the old Crazy Horse Saloon in Santa Ana. If you want to have some fun and some good dancing, go on Sundays from 4 to 8 pm. The band is pretty good and everyone is sociable and respectful. I am rating this five stars because in Hemet there is nothing else to do that compares to this country western dancing venue. Some of the clientele that go here drive over an hour just to have fun in this place and meet friends. Over all I would say this place is pretty safe to kick back, enjoy yourself and have fun.

Love this bar/diner… Bob, the best cook, his creations are amazing. The bread pudding itself is the best I have ever had. Great drinks, food, and staff. Great night life. You will be treated like family. Stop by you won’t be disappointed..

Love all of the bartenders! Attentive, great drinks, and best cocktail waitresses :) Bob is an amazing and creative cook! Absolutely delicious! If I could have Christina as a server in every restaurant I went to, I would!

Honestly probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a bar. Been to bars much more busy with only a couple girls behind the bar but its never taken 25 minutes to get a drink. If you aren’t wearing a green patch you’ll be waiting AWHILE for a drink so hope you aren’t too thirsty.

This is a good bar to go to if you want to relive what bars used to be! They free pour drinks so you always get a good stiff drink! The bartenders are usually cute and nice, but the vibe is def a local one. As for the food, we have only eaten here once but it was pretty tasty! The BBQ was meaty and fresh but overpriced for what you got. I would say that the best bet is to go to Chris Burger across the street and get food there and then head over to Winchester Inn for drinks!

I used to go here every couple weeks to get drinks and listen to music. The staff is friendly and they have pretty good priced drinks. The food is kinda pricey but not too bad. I love the ambiance and easy going attitude everyone has. It is out in the middle of nowhere but I live only about 10 – 15 minutes away. If the band I liked still played there, I would still go.

Interesting place. Huge dance floor, massive seating area, nice outdoor patio with fireplace and horse shoe pit. But it is totally empty. Alot of stuff goes on here like pool tournaments, bands, djs, etc. Some one needs to come along and own this place with they’re posse.

middle of nowhere. it’s actually a bar with a coffee shop type restaurant attached. we’ve usually had breakfast, or gone on taco tuesdays, or had appetizers. friendly. chicken fried steak and omelets are very good. also have karaōke, pool tables, etc. very tempted to post this under«dive bars», but its a bit more.
