I was really disappointed with my hair color. My stylist was super nice, but didn’t listen to the fact that I wanted something bold and rich, and instead have these tiny little monotone highlights. I guess the groupon is for people who are «learning» which maybe should be listed.
When I called back to talk to a manager, I was told that I had to go back to The same stylist because it was a good learning experience for her. No. I did not sign up to be a Guinea pig. I told them I would pay for the extra foils I think I need (as I told the stylist the day I got my hair done– I didn’t mind paying whatever over the amount to get what I wanted)
I just wanted someone with more experience. The manager Linda was rude, and short with me and refused to try to squeeze me in when I could. I took personal time out of work, paid money, and this place could care less. When I said I would have to find somewhere else she said «ok sorry, bye» and hung up on me. She has horrible customer service– so you better like what you get because no one is going to fix it. Highly recommend staying away.

Let me be the first to say before I write this that I am usually a very understanding and kind person having worked in customer service the majority of my life. I don’t usually write reviews unless warranted which means its either really bad or really good. That being said, I was ultimately mortified, depressed, angry and embarassed by what my hair lookED like. (Luckily I knew a sweet hairdresser who worked some magic since then and I now feel like a person again) You don’t truly know what a «Bad» haircut is until you start to cry before you are even out of the chair and then have to go immediately to Sally’s to buy some extensions.
I purchased a groupon for a cut/​color/​condition with a specific stylist. Groupon… NEVER AGAIN. To make a long story short I left with color all over my neck, ears, forehead and hair line. I asked for my hair to be cut no shorter than my shoulders that angled to longer in the front (even showed a picture) and ended up with short layered bob in back of my hair and mid neck length straight across cut on the sides (my hair WAS about 6 inches past my shoulders .) I was visually upset, near tears and even stated my concerns. I was offered no apology, or attempt at a correction… nothing… from the hairdresser OR owner when I called the following day. I was unsympathetically given a refund for what I paid for the groupon… which helped, but didn’t exactly cover the $ 100 extensions I hid behind for a week or the stress I felt. Maybe this was an off day for the hairdresser? I guess I’ll never know. All I know is trying to save a buck definitely cost me in the long run.
The lesson here is that stick with what you know and trust: ESPECIALLY when it comes to a salon… the extra money is well worth it.

Beautiful interior, friendly staff, I’ve had my hair highlighted and have also had cuts. I so enjoyed hairdresser Jordan, cute, quirky, artsy, interesting girl who can cut even difficult hair like mine!
