Owl Now Urgent Care

Disclaimer: This is how my girlfriend felt about her first visit here. We arrived in the lobby and they had a total of 3 people in lobby. With doctors office fashion she still had to wait in the Lobby for an hour. She was finally called back to have sit in the waiting room for an hour and thirty minutes (that 2 hours and 30 min’s total).
HERE is the icing on the cake. The PA (not posting that persons name) that diagnosed her felt that he was sexually way too touchy. That he told her that he liked to «party» on his free time. He then asked my girlfriend for her number which she declined.
I feel that from a member of the medical profession that this situation was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR

the hours are great for my job and so is the location. I’ll see them later today and post my findings.
I just thought it was unfair to have only on review that obviously isn’t accurate.

Took my infant daughter here while we were on vacation for a suspected ear infection. Here is what I observed:
–The nurses and doctors do not appear to change gloves between patients.
I noticed sweat accumulation under the gloves of the nurses that took my daughter’s vitals; a clear sign that they had been wearing the gloves for a while.
When Dr. Vlad Adler and a nurse came to the exam room they were also already wearing gloves, not a red flag by itself and I really didn’t think about it. After examining my daughter and giving and incorrect diagnosis (confirmed upon return to our normal pediatrician at home), they left the room and entered the next patient’s room without changing their gloves.
When we were leaving I offered the observation to the front office staff and asked that the office manager contact me about the concern. I have received no call. I am filing the concern with the Florida Department of Health.
