They have an employee with an attitude problem. My girlfriend took off work this morning to take her son to the doctor. He is not a new patient. She called at 8:00am to let them know she was running 5 minutes late due to traffic from an accident. ‘Heidi’ was very nasty to her on the phone, told her she would have to reschedule, and that ‘Well, you should have been on time then’ when she protested. She asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager wouldn’t be there until 9am. I don’t have all the details of the conversation, but she called me shortly after and was in tears after her conversation with Heidi. She continued to the place, got there around 8:10 and guess what? The manager was there, talked to her, and checked her in. Heidi later apologized to her, which is why this isn’t a 1 star review, but look at other reviews and you can see this is a pattern with ‘Heidi’. How many times have you waited an hour in the lobby to see a doctor? I know I have plenty. Doctors are never on time. And she lied about the manager not being there. There is no excuse for the way Heidi spoke to her on the phone — Heidi may be a great employee but she has no business dealing with customers — any other job and talking to a customer like that will get you fired. Heidi needs some coaching and training and perhaps a review of her duties to put her in a more appropriate position for her type of personality. She has caused a few bad reviews of this place already.
