Poor parking, hard to get into and out of the parking lot and back on to Montvale Avenue, slow service, rude employees, and my coffee is always wrong! Always wrong! They usually only have one or two people working and Montvale Avenue is pretty busy so this service is slow. You would think since they go so slow, that they would get your order right, but that’s not the case either! I always have to get my coffee remade!

Enjoy going to this Dunkins over some of the other ones in the area. I am usually in and out very quickly even if there is a line. The location is just off the highway and is perfect for those traveling to 95 or into Boston. Get your refill before you start sitting in the traffic.
The staff at this location is also very friendly.

Been here a few times and they always seem to be out of ONE thing but the staff are always super nice and friendly. I don’t know if they’re used to dealing with hungover people from Boston trying to get out of the city, but that’s what we always are when we go, so their kindness is much appreciated.

Was staying at a hotel about 0.5 miles away and it took me like 10 minutes to get here due to traffic on Montvale Ave in the morning. So depending on time of day, getting in and out of this place can be very difficult. I needed to make a left when leaving the place, and that simply wasn’t going to happen. As for the DD itself, it’s fine with quick and friendly service. No drive-​thru at this location. Plenty of seating indoors and like most DD’s these days, free WiFi is provided.

Any Dunkin Donuts get heavy traffic in the morning rush hour, especially this spot along Montvale Ave. Right off a busy main road. Just to get to this spot is a challenge. The traffic gets backed up when you exit the 93.
But I like this spot because they are well staffed in the morning and quick!
