Let me start off by saying that I am a Dunkin Donuts fanatic!!! Also, I am very picky when it comes to my coffee so I am kind of a pain in the ass! Rightfully so, though, since I spend approximately $ 50 a day in Dunkin’ Donuts, five days per week because I also make an office trip(for my entire office once to twice per day on top of my personal trips), and on the weekends I spend about $ 25 per day. I feel that if I am spending my hard earned money on coffee, or food in general, it should be how I want it. That being said, I specifically only go to two or three Dunkin’ Donuts, this Dunkin’ Donuts being one of them, because I want my order correct the first time I order and I want the coffees to be good. I used to go to one that is literally right across the street from my house and they used to be my favorite but then they started charging extra for every little thing, so now I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin Donuts. I come to this Dunkin donuts every morning before work at approximately 5:30AM. I order the same thing every day before work and the two ladies that usually work at the front register already know my order so I basically don’t even have to speak, which is great that early in the morning! LOL! I order a large iced mocha macchiato with whole milk, 7 sugars, and extra mocha, and then I also get an onion bagel just sliced with cream cheese on the side… EVERYDAY. Since this Dunkin’ Donuts is out-of-the-way for me on my way to work, I have to leave a little early so I can get there and get to work on time, but one complaint about this Dunkin’ Donuts is that most of the workers are extremely slow. There is one short, older Spanish(?) lady with glasses(I don’t know if she is new or not) that took literally 11 minutes to make my macchiato the other day, she made all the coffees for people who were BEHIND me in line first until finally one of the shift supervisors or managers(tall male with piercings) saw me waiting for 10 minutes and stepped in! I was so mad! I find this(slowness) very frustrating, especially at 5:30 in the morning, when I am trying to get to work on time. There is a darker skinned woman and a skinning Caucasian woman with dark brown hair with purple underneath(I wish I knew their names because I hate having to reference people by their appearance and race because I could care less if someone is purple, green, straight, gay, bi, etc. so please don’t take that as being offensive because in no way, shape or form am I trying to be offensive or degrading) that are very quick and they make my drink just the way I like it! I don’t have to send it back when they take my order and I do not have to complain after I take a sip, plus, for the most part, they are quick and definitely quicker than most others that work there! Even the female(blonde) manager is extremely slow and rude! There are a ton of people working at this Dunkin’ Donuts but it feels like there is nobody to help anybody. There is always only one person on the register, one person at the drive-through window, one person at the bagel/sandwich station, one runner, and I feel like all the other people(like 5 extras) are just walking around pretending to look busy and doing absolutely nothing when they should be helping get the coffees out quicker and taking people’s orders since there is ALWAYS a line! This Dunkin’ Donuts does not charge up the butt for every little thing and that’s what makes this Dunkin’ Donuts better than the rest! I will only go to the Dunkin’ Donuts’ that are courteous to their customers and don’t charge for every little thing like an extra shot of sugar or an extra shot of cream or an extra shot of flavor, etc. I understand that things cost money but give me a break! One or two extra shots is not going to break the bank, especially sense Dunkin donuts prices are on the rise! They are charging just as much as Starbucks now, which is not cool! A large ice mocha macchiato(approx. $ 4.50) and a bagel w/CC(approx. $ 2.30) runs me almost $ 7 every morning! A large macchiato is two shots of espresso, I think it’s a large shot and a small shot, with milk mixed with four pumps of mocha(basically chocolate syrup)…and if you ordered two shots of espresso that’s only $ 1.98($.99 per shot), so basically you are paying approx, $ 2.50 for 4 pumps of mocha, a shot of milk, and a crapload of ice! It’s a little outrageous but they are good so as long as I get good service and it is made how I like it, it doesn’t hurt as bad to pay that much. Sorry for the extremely long review but I wanted everyone to know the whole story around my Dunkin experience/pickiness/etc. I would definitely recommend this place but give yourself a little extra time because it is a busy Dunkin’ Donuts(right on Washington Street), the employees aren’t in any rush to get you out of there(it’s chaotic and S… L…O…W) and there is barely any parking!

Bathroom is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Looks like nothing has been cleaned in months, and no soap. And the employees handling food here use this? Disgusting

I live almost walking distance from this DD which means I also live within walking distance from 4 other DDs. But this one is by far the quickest and usually friendliest(except for Burlington center). It’s also the worst due to traffic but worth the trouble in my opinion.

I’m giving this one 3 stars based on the fact every time I have been, they have signs still up saying«NOWHIRING». So I always assume some people are training or whatever. I go there on my half hour breaks so time is valuable. Anytime I just get a coffee, I am in and out through the drive-thru. When I get a sandwich as well, it can take a bit longer. Nothing crazy. Only thing that annoyed me was I attempted to order a ‘ham and swiss’ before and the kid had no idea what I was asking. ‘Oh, ham and cheese?”…ya, a ham and cheese then. I ended up getting the same cheese you get on any other sandwich. Maybe they’re out of swiss now? I have no clue. I honestly didn’t care as I was just looking to eat something quick. The service is OK. Depends on the mood of the person taking the order, but I could never do the job, so the fact that they’re friendly enough is fine by me.

Went to this dunks at 1039 at night we pulled up to the drive thru took him a while to talk to us meanwhile he has his head price still on and is talking to a coworker the whole time we tell him what we wanted and he repeated it twice then never said anything for like ten minutes. We drive up to the window after about 15 minutes of waiting only one car in front of us to whole time he passes us one coffe we ordered one medium French vanilla and a cookie dough iced coffee then he gives us a mother coffee and it has no ice and is watery then we asked him to please redo it and he gave us a hot coffe instead of iced then he told us he wasn’t going to charge us for the coffees then we tried to pull away and he tries to give us someone else’s credit card! I will never go back horrible experience ever

what happened to common sense people? really? think about what i am about to say very carefully i realized one morning i didnt have any butter and thought, well, ill ask when i grab my coffee if i could by a few packets, and yes, i didnt care about how much it was, it was a simple f’n request, that even a 10 year old could process. i was told no, unless i bought a bagel, then i could have the butter? what the f***?really? its not rocket science, i am not asking for something for free, you cant sell a customer a few packets of butter, you cant figure that out? in the food service business you please a customer, you have made a sale, thats it. oh and the coffee unless its asked for extra extra, it will be burnt and watery, i think ill go with starbucks, i wont get a look or an argument there

Leave this place alone people. It’s a stinkin Dunks not the Capitol Grill. Like most other people in the eastern part of this country, I go to dunks on at least a daily basis. With the hundreds of cars this places serves every hour in the AM, it amazes me how a drive through with 15 cars in front of you gets you in and out 5 minutes. This is a miracle! Especially if you’ve ever experienced the nightmare that is Washington Street at rush hour. Fast service, super friendly staff(even though the staff changes almost every month), and consistent quality. Good enough for me. P. S. Beware! Getting in and out of the parking lot is not for the timid driver.

An ok Dunks. Close to the office, and in the heart of West Cummings Park. The parking lot is strange, and awkward. I have been several times now, and twice they have messed up the order, however were friendly and quick to correct the error.

Had I not been a nosy driver & it was packed one day I never would have known that I was to stop to let other drivers through… Since then signs have been clearly posted to let drivers know not to block the roadway… It tends to move very fast & I have yet to get a messed up order… And if it didnt take me 20 mins for someone to let me go out onto Washington Street, this place might get more stars…
