Healthy Fit is awesome! I love going to an all woman’s club. No judgment, no stares — everyone is there to work out and get in shape. It is a welcoming and supportive environment. I’ve been trying to lose weight for years and nothing worked for the long term until I tried Healthy Fit’s Weight Loss Program. I’ve lost weight and am able to maintain it. It’s taught me how to eat for life in a healthy and sustainable way. They offer a nice variety of group exercise classes — my new favorite is Zumba and I love the small group training sessions. The staff are knowledgeable, warm and friendly. I got a jump start on my my fitness program by working with a personal trainer who kept me motivated and on track. These one-on-one sessions are the best price in Boston! I highly recommend Healthy Fit.
