Not very happy with the service. brought two female friends here and even though I’m paying they are both soaking in hot water while my feet are freezing. And when I asked for water I was told 10 minutes. ½ hr later my feet are still dry and cold.

I went here on a Friday night because my normal place was packed. When I got here, there was only 1 other customer (should have been a red flag), but I still stayed because obviously there wasn’t a wait.
Now the nightmare occurs. The guy that did my nails was nice enough I guess. However he took FOREVER to do my nails. I only came for a fill-​in and was here for an hour & a half… yes an hour & a half for just a fill & paint, no gel or anything special.
My nails were long from growing out and I didn’t even have him cut them down because I didn’t want to add any additional time to this process that I could tell from the first 20 minutes was going to be arduous. So my nails ended up way longer than I like them.
Also when I went to wash my hands before he painted my nails there was only one brush to clean my hands with and it looked like it had been there for years. It was just sitting on the sink, not soaking in any disinfectant or anything. I’m pretty sure those brushes sell for pennies, why not invest in a new one or dozen?
I was so anxious to get out of that place that I didn’t even let my nails dry. Never again!

I got a gel manicure at nail gallery today and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The nail tech cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, (the nails still are sore) the nail polish looks very sloppy, thick, uneven, the nail tech dug her thumb nail into mine to clean the edges, the nails weren’t shaped correctly, and The manicure also took over an hour and a half! I wanted to walk out. I would never go back to this nail salon.

I just had an awful pedicure. Older woman who doesn’t enjoy her job. Wanted French and was told no pick a color. Nails not painted well or shaped well. No massage or hot stone that everyone else was getting. To top it all off she cut my cuticle causing me to bleed. Very dissatisfied!

This place gave me ringworm. They did not properly clean out there tubs. DO NOT go here unless you want to catch a disgusting fungus!!!

Loooove this place — I live in the area and go every few weeks. I bring my 5 year old daughter and she always gets her nails painted by the younger girl and she makes them very cool! Lot sof designs and flowers ect. very cute! My Pedicures are always relaxing they massage for a long time it is well worth it. My polish lasts forever. GREAT PLACE!

I always get my nails filled by Kim. She is the best there and does a great job and is always accomodating to my schedule when I need to pop in for a fill during the work day. The prices are great and I never have a problem with my nails breaking or chipping. They do a nice job with their pedicures too, with scrub, lotion and hot stones all for a good price.

Sigh. I go to this place at least once every ten days for a quick polish. It’s 8 bucks, I can go during my lunch break and a polish is obviously a lot quicker than a full manicure.
The only reason I continue to patronize this location is because of its proximity to my office. Granted there is never really a wait which is nice, but… if a place is never busy that should tell you something.
The reason this place is Meh is because they are super skimpy with the polish, so within a few days my nails look like I tried to crawl out of a well.
They also just stopped doing eyebrow waxes. Blast!

Probably the worst pedicure i’ve ever had in my life. The girl I had was younger, not sure if she was even supposed to do pedicures. I paid $ 27 (not counting the tip she didn’t deserve!) and I wish I can take it back. She barely scrubbed my feet. The only good thing (the reason for one star!) about the pedi was the very minimal massage she gave me with a hot stone, which I’ve never had before. When I walked out of there I could see places on my toes that were not supposed to be painted! I was very annoyed by that. I would’ve just painted my own nails if I wanted that to happen.
